Pulled in at 5:40 on Friday when their suppose to be open until 6, no lights on, must have closed early, pretty inconvenient for someone who works till 5 everyday.

The woman at the front desk is very kind and helpful. The branch manager too is very kind and genuine - I loved the authenticity of the small talk we had with him. Both were very hospitable, easy to talk to, and treated us with respect!

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! If you open any accounts here, you are locked in for a period of time and they will not give you your money that is yours. I am out of work and need my money!! I need to put food on my table and pay expenses. I can not wait to get out of this bank, I am closing my account. Horrible bank and Customer Service!!! Management is horrific!! If you want to complain to the Corporate Office, they do not answer calls. You get a message that the company is out of business. If Key Bank continues conducting their business like this, they will be. DO NOT get sucked into their horrible and worst policies!! They lie about other banks that are not true and do not know what they are doing. I do not trust these people at all!! Run far from this bank!!

I had no issues with the company until this month when they charged me twice and lied about processing my payments. I have automatic payments and asked if they could stop payments until a later date which they agreed. They did not wait until the later date and processed the payment which caused me to overdraft my account. When I addressed it with Keybank, they said that I called them too late and the system was not able to process the payment for the later date. They then promised that the payment for the later date would be cancelled, but it wasn't which caused me to once again be overdraft in my account. They lied to me twice! I no longer trust this company and they have lost me as a customer.

Sux glad to hear they are closing
