I always feel welcomed and appreciated at the store. Jacquie and her Team goes beyond measurements and makes sure Customers are comfortable with their selections. Prices are competitive and the quality is great, as pants, jackets, and shirts last for years. All around great value!

I’m sure the clothes are of good quality. However, I was trying to price their suits because I was referred to try this place out. My first interaction from the salesman did not seem welcoming. He eventually would give me a price range and help. Maybe I interpreted the interaction wrong, but I don’t mind going to a different place to purchase a suit for the same price. Wish them all the best.

We had the best experience at the Jos Banks store in North Wales. Our salesman was Anthony and he was excellent. He took his time with us, went out of his way to locate the suit that we wanted and marked the alterations perfectly. We received the best customer service from him and even though there is another Jos Banks store closer to our home, we will definitely drive the extra distance to the North Wales store and request Anthony again for all future purchases.

Top notch service as I was hoping for. I wish I had asked her name to mention here. Not only did the sales lady help me pick colors and match outfits but she also got me the best deals. I came in with a problem and was left ready to go looking sharp. I can't express how grateful I am, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Very good experience 2x! Bought a sportcoat then a suit a few weeks later. Got both on sale, great value. The suit needed alterations, tailor and sales staff did a great job.
