Specifically asked to transfer everything from Willow Grove to N.Wales a month ago only to find my refill wasn't here, it was still in Willow Grove & I could drive there to pick it up...if I really wanted it.
4/17 Update: Nothing was done yesterday to transfer my prescription to N.Wales. Spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to find out the prescription is still sitting in Willow Grove.
Why would I bother to contact the "Owner" when I could use that time to find another pharmacy?
4/18 Update: I AGAIN received a text telling me a Prescription was ready & AGAIN the idiots at Giant filled it at Willow Grove. I have given them EVERY chance & they continue to add insult to injury. See how quickly the "Owner" posted here while not actually taking any action to correct the situation, all for show

Shopped here because of the self scanning. Could get in and out real quick. But for a while there it was broken more often than not. Now they've gotten rid of it altogether. Back to standing in lines at the registers

Every single time I go to this giant they are out of all the basics that I need. Every time. They're shelves are always so empty. It's so frustrating because I love shopping at giant to get the gas points and this location is super close to my home. But at this point, it's time to switch supermarkets because I can't continue to go to multiple grocery stores to check off my shopping list. And enough blaming covid for the emptiness because if I go to Redners down the street, they have all the things I was looking for that Giant did not.

I have never experienced someone as rude as the pharmacist on duty last night Thursday 12/30/21. I stopped by to ask a question as I was shopping and she rolled her eyes turned away from me and proceeded to answer “no!” From behind about 10 feet away. I was so shocked, I screamed after her (because she was that far away by then that I had to scream for her to hear me) that I hope she has a very happy new year, because clearly she needed some good wishes. No response. The other pharmacists there have always been very nice but jeez.

This used to be a great store. Now it's just sad. Shelves are not regularly stocked. The personnel are untrained. Especially in the seafood department. No one there knows where anything is. I will not go back.

This was my favorite food store but since the virus it has not been good. I am an older adult and I have difficulty wearing the mask. I tried to go online and get delivery but it was impossible as it was busy a week out. Then I tried curbside which was a 5 day wait. Finally, I had to find an alternative store which of course was not Giant. On the following week I decided to try the mask. I felt like I could not breath well and the check out girl had to help as I started feeling suffocated. So I went tonight since I am older and don't like to go when it is crowded. I only wanted a few items and they locked the doors 4 minutes early. Another customer had to leave also. So at this point I may have to give up on Giant.

Located in Montgomery Square in Montgomeryville Pa, this is one of the biggest Giant food stores I have ever been too. I have been in this store before (to use the coinstar) but this was the first time I got to walk around and shop here. Not only is this Giant large, clean, has plenty of stock, has friendly employees and has plenty of parking, It's located in a convenient location too! What I like most about this Giant is it has its own section for beer/wine and it's own section for Ice Cream too which I've never seen at any other Giant or food store. This can be said for the departments too, they are each large, filled with many products and feel like their own thing. It's a great Giant, and although I live 30 minutes from Montgomeryville (on a good day) I would definitely make it a point to come back up here and shop here again!

This is my go to for the bulk of my shopping. A very larger store it is well laid out, clean wide aisles good selection good price. if you talk with the bulk of the staff they are knowledgeable and if don't have something in, will see about ordering it or will let you know when they can expect it or why they don't have it. "Nah it's past the season for those, won't be for a few months now." The thing that stops this being a 5 star review is too much reliance on self check outs. they've eliminated too many registers to add those on-I don't do self check out. And some of the older checkers try to be friendly at the wrong time. I don't mind some friendly back and forth if it's a slow day. we're all human, but when I'm the 4th person on the line and the checker is happily talking to the 1st person about her grand kids- IT'S NOT THE TIME FOR IT. So if you have to keep an eye out for 'who do I know not to get in the line for-it adds a little pressure to the check out. but still this is the best market around and a big part of my food planning.

AWESOME DECORATORS AT THE BAKERY HERE!!!!! I ordered a Pac-Man cake and all I asked for was a cake with Pac-Man and the 4 ghosts on it, but the decorators really went above and beyond decorating it!! I called in the order the day before I needed it and they accepted the order with no problems. I asked for a quarter sheet cake that was half chocolate and half vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and got exactly that, except they also added a layer of chocolate buttercream on top to emulate the original Pac-Man screen which had a black background. I really, really love and appreciate their attention to detail and couldn't be happier with this cake!! I really can't thank them enough for this because it was just really, absolutely perfect and I would definitely come back here for any cake decorating needs! :)

Has everything I need most of the time but prices are a bit high and it's forced me to buy staple items elsewhere. The store is well kept and this particular Giant has the self scanner which is a huge time saver.

This Giant store is the biggest in the area, open 24 hours (great for night owls). Clean, organized and carry more variety of products than the smaller Giants. Staff is very helpful and if product is not on shelf they will check in back for you. I use both regular check outs and self checkout (which is great for a few items to get in & out). So far all the cashiers I've had are all very nice and polite. I will continue to shop at this bigger Giant with convenient 24 hours opening.

Have caught the cashiers numerous times keeeping coupons, switching them out with lesser coupons that were NOT mine, not scanning the gas point bonus coupons...Spoke to the manager numerous times, NO changes..still happens... Triple check your receipts!!! Many times the loss is $5 or less, but it is the PRINCIPAL, if it happens to me, it happens to many others..
