(Minority here). I’ve been here 5 times and all employees never said hi or greeted me. It’s a super small store, and I’d want to be told “Hello” when I’m the only customer there. Imagine walking into a store 5 different times and watch as they only greet the white patrons.

Oh my goodness, I love Francesac's!!!! But the employees at this location at freaking amazing! I have honestly never felt so helped at a mall store!
