It’s like playing Russian roulette every time I come here. You’ll either get someone extremely nice or someone extremely rude. They’re fine if you’re just dropping off a package but if you’re paying them to pack it for you watch out. They must not tell them it’s part of the job when they’re hired.

Exceptional service from start to finish! After experiencing frustrations with our previous printing company, we turned to Fedex Office Print and Ship Center in Airport Square, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Gary, Ethan, and the store manager Dee were absolute lifesavers. They swiftly processed our 600 piece print order within the week, accommodating our tight deadline effortlessly.
Despite encountering a hiccup with one of the prints, Gary's quick thinking and proactive approach was awesome. Without hesitation, he rectified the issue by promptly taking back all 200 prints and trimming them down to the correct size in just 5 minutes – talk about impressive efficiency!
Their dedication to customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills truly set them apart. This FedEx store exemplifies excellence in service and professionalism. We're immensely grateful for their hard work and commitment to ensuring our project's success. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to their services for all our future printing needs. Kudos to the entire team – you guys rock!

she was working this day @ North Wales instead of her store which is in Malvern, PA.

This facility was to deliver packages on Saturday 11/11/23 and Sunday 11/12/23 to where I worked and packages were not delivered. Said attempt made. There was no attempt as I have been waiting for said packages all day. FedEx just don’t deliver Saturday and Sunday as it seems you have drivers who don’t want to do their job on the weekends or at all.

The most horrible place to go and print, expensive and such a horrible customer service, they work slow and charge you extra for everything, they ask one leg to move the other. The black lady and white guy that use the pants all the way up to the chest are terrible with customers and they spend more time talking between them that actually helping, this place is horrible don’t go there

Clean, quiet store. The staff member was very friendly. 2/5 rating for the Fedex company because international shipping costs are crazy. But I appreciated the staff warning me about the costs, rather than trying to upsell me.
