Very poor experience. Ordered products on 11/1 on-line. Paid for 2-day shipping. Products have yet to arrive. Phone calls go unanswered. E-mails to customer service don't generate a response. Engaging via FB Messenger does not generate a response. Live Chat feature is choppy; constant re-entering of information and promises to receive a transcript of the chat go unfulfilled. It's almost 1 week since order and I cannot speak with an actual person who can tell me where the shipment is and when I can expect a refund of 2-day shipping fee.

Shout out to James and Ian at the Montgomery Mall store who took a whole lot of time yesterday figuring out an online ordering glitch. They were diligent, creative and patient and were able to make things right for me. The definition of good customer service.

I'm a pretty loyal fan of Eddie Bauer, and have been visiting this store for years. Excellent quality of clothing. My complaint is the staff. They used to be welcoming and helpful. The current staff can best be described as frantic! They are frantically restocking, and barely look at me when I ask a question or at the checkout. There are 1 or 2 other people in the store at most! I picked up a nice jacket yesterday and asked the associate to confirm the sale price. He didn't even look at me while answering. It was still a bit expensive. A short comment like, "that's a really warm jacket" would have clinched the sale. Instead, I left the store.

Was shopping in store at the Montgomery Mall. Inventory was good & staff was very helpful. I prefer in store shopping, so I can try on my items, knowing I like the fit & not having to wait for online delivery which may or may not fit properly & having to return my item(s). The dressing rooms were clean & mirrored. Shop offered good sales for certain inventory & had a clearance area. Purchased 3 pairs of pants & hope the Mall can sustain itself with more retail coming in & people coming in for a more intimate shopping experience.

I am livid. I have never been treated so poorly by a store before. I spent over $400 yesterday 5/8/21. I needed to make an even exchange for length reasons. I went online on 5/7/21 and saw the mall closed at 9 pm as it has for years. I went and arrived at the mall at 7:55 pm. As I am walking up to the store I see an employee point at me. Another employee runs over and locks the door. I asked why she was locking the door. She said they close at 8 and shut to door in my face. I see a sign that was written in sharpie that their temporary hours are 8 pm. I see that the store hours were changed 5 days ago. I asked through the door when would they be open again. She said “duh tomorrow.” I unset and everyone wants to go home, but the rudeness and unprofessionalism was astounding. I will be going at 11 am tomorrow and returning all of the items to get my $400+ back. I will never shop there again.

This retailer needs to take a look at their policies during the covid crisis. When you make all these rules and seem to fear having a customer enter your store, it makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience. As a nurse, I am all about safety; however, this retailer has too many restrictions and over-the-top procedures currently in place. Not a welcoming atmosphere in the least.

Don't bother buying gift cards from this company. I purchased a $25 gift card that they will NOT honor after a live chat and two phone calls. The card has not been used and there is no expiration date on it.
