My husband and I have been coming here for years. The membership is in his name and I never thought to get my own as I have always used his. Today I needed to grab something’s and since my husband is working nights I went without him. They checked my card when I walked in, I shopped around for an hour, went up to the shelf checkout. I scan my membership card about to start scanning my items and an older women comes up to me demanding to see my membership card, I give it to her and she asks if I’m on this account since it’s my husbands name. I say I’m not sure I usually come here with him so no one has asked me that before. She then wants my license and takes it to the customer service. Long story short - they denied me buying my cart full of items because my name wasn’t on the account. Didn’t matter that we were married, lived at the same address.The stupidest freaking rule. If they want to really be that serious about it, maybe they should fully check the membership cards at the door instead when you already wasted time shopping just to be told you can’t buy your items. Plus they are rude about it, not understand, not accommodating. It’s not that serious Costco - just lost money and a member for no reason.

Today at the Costco Tire shop, I was assisted greatly by Mike. Mike was quite helpful in guiding me to acquire the right tire. I was not aware of the best practrices of selecting a tire for a four wheel drive vehicle. Mike's assistance was very helpful.
I highly recommend the Costco Tire team to service your vehicles for tires.

Both the lack of a mid-grade gasoline and diesel options there in this Costco place a strong selection of items contributed to this rating. Clothing and food were included, as well as video game consoles such as PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, as well as the Nintendo Switch. Would mostly appreciate it just that no mid-grade rating. Please note that most, such as Wawa, offer a mid-grade rating and some offer a rating between mid-grade and premium. Compared to Wawa they have Diesel, Regular 87, Plus 89, Premium 91, and Super 93. On the other hand, Costco only offers Regular 87 and Premium 93, at that time I've reviewed if Regular 87 is not suitable for your car even at a slight change like the suggestion value for your car is let's say your car's suggestion value for octane is at least 88 and 87 may cause some engine knocking you should do premium gasoline at minimum octane rating 93.

While standing in line at self checkout, the man working singled us out and asked to see our membership card. We showed it at the door as we always do and refused to show it again. The man then began waving down someone from the front desk who walked over, looked at us, and told the man to not worry about it. Ridiculous. We’re paying members. If they have an issue with our membership, they can cancel it.

Membership-only store. If you shop there regularly, do not expect to find everything you want as their stocking of regular items is spotty, so we may fail to buy 3 or 4 of the items we go in for.
There is often a queue for hot roast chicken but no signage, so creating ill-will when gate-crashers ignore the queue (1 or 2 queues form) and elbow their way to the counter. A sign saying 'queue from behind this sign' would solve this bad customer experience.

Love Costco. Good prices and nice product selection. They always have something new. Better prices than Sam's and BJs. My only complaint is that things are not always in the same places. You cannot assume that just because a space is empty, means they are out of that item. Things sometimes get moved around and you have to go looking for it. Just like Home Depot, the app should tell you where an item is located...or it is definitely out of stock

Enjoy the prepared food and the diversity of products coming in lately. Good clothing options, should have different sizes upfront since you get yelled out if look for a size in the stacks ! The ice cream is delicious and brought my own chocolate sprinkles to really enjoy it. Montgomeryville pa store

For me it is one of the best supermarkets here in the USA. Very good prices, large parking, but I recommend going during the week, as weekends are crowded. And there's also the famous hot dog with unlimited soft drinks for $1.50.
