I had a great experience here! I went there three times trying on skates and Robbie was very patient with me and so knowledgeable! I finally bought a pair of Bauers that fit me perfectly!

Bought a stick here about 2 months ago. The person helping was very knowledgeable. Easy sale. I look forward to more purchases here. The selection of equipment here is extensive too.

Fantastic. Huge thanks to Colin for helping fit me in and select the right skate. They fit me, baked it so I could thermo-fit it around my feet perfectly and sharpened the blade too all at no charge. Paid standard retail price for the skates, the same as I would anywhere else, but the value add was definitely there in the expertise, fitting, sharpening and showroom. I will definitely be back for future purchase needs. I'm crazy excited about my new Supreme S29s.

Pulled into the parking lot at 11:30 AM. Walked in and greeted by three guys. I asked about skate sharpening. One person said, "Follow Me!". I handed him my skates, they asked how I liked them and sharpened them right there. I was out in 5 minutes and the charge was $7. I told them how great the service was. They admitted that before 5PM on Weekdays is great and that later in the day and on weekends the wait can be an hour. Good Tip.

Just took my son here to get his gear for the Learn to Play Hockey program. The place was absolutely packed with kids, and all of the employees took their time with each kid, and i believe made every one of them feel special about the experience of getting their first full hockey kit. I know my son came out of there feeling like he just got signed to an NHL team. In looking around the store, the items are expensive, but its ice hockey! No one gets into ice hockey because its a cheap sport...far from it. They have a great selection of gear, and i have no complaints with the staff.

Been here for 90 minutes now for a sharpening and 5 rolls of tape... standing at a unattended register for almost 15 minutes now.. I'm writing this as I'm waiting.. it is almost like they don't want you to shop here..

I would shop here if they would build there store with trust worthy local contractors. Whatever happened to spend your money where you make it? Or working with the community? All the contractors are from out of state? Please don't bother spending your money at this store. Help the community out....

Great place! Literally a retail warehouse of hockey equipment. I took a quick drive up 309 and bought some new gloves here and was very impressed with the selection. The store has everything you can imagine and if you're not interested in buying online I would highly recommend stopping in here!

You think with the name "Total Hockey", they'd have dek hockey, street hockey, roller hockey AND ice hockey. Nope. Just ice hockey. And all the sticks they have were either super high priced or total junk. $19.99 or $200 +. I'd give it a miss unless you have money to burn and play ice hockey.

You probably should think twice before yelling an expletive to someone while you're in a vehicle emblazoned with your company's logo.

They should call this location total a$$holes. The other guy is right. They had three people (kids) in an almost empty store and none of them should've been there. One kid looked completely lost, another looked completely disinterested like they had no idea what hockey was and couldn't have cared less and the third r***** was fitting some kid for skates while spitting his tobacco chew into a spitter right there with the kid and his mother. I couldnt believe the mother was going buy a thing from these jerkoffs. This place wont be open long if they keep this kind working there. Sorry, the equipment was decent, but the help completely sucked. thumbs down, booooooo!

I've been here twice. it is crap. it's the size of a Home Depot and filled with the most useless things for the everyday player. overpriced. service was terrible. I just wanted plain black reebok adult stockings. I came here three months ago and they didn't have them. same with today. ugh. come here and measure for what you need - then order on hockey giant or hockey monkey.
