“Took my car to Firestone in Lansdale for tires. While there, they told me I needed brakes and that my brake fluid was burnt. To confirm, I took the car to Burke's. James walked me through the process and showed me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes and showed me that the brake fluid was clear. Also, the car had just been inspected and passed just last month. He torqued the lug nuts to 80 PSI, put the proper amount of air in the tires and I left feeling relieved and appreciative of an honest garage. The message for me is clear. For tires, go to a tire store. For anything else, see John Burke.”

Out looking great. I didn’t ask for the top of the line paint job nor removing all of the dents, but what I got was more than I expected. It’s not perfect, but again I didn’t ask or pay for a full strip and paint top of the line. I feel I got a better job than I paid for and for that I’m extremely grateful and can recommend them to anyone else”

The total install time was 4 hours, toured the manufacturing facility, saw how they make everything in house. While sitting in the showroom I heard a car start in the garage, and thought, that sounds sweet! I stood up to see it was my car producing the smile on my face! “These guys will work their best to put you in a car of your choice despite any potential lost they may face. They are definitely family and people oriented. I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. Granted, any time a coating is applied it will make paint look better than before. However, what clearly makes a difference at S&S is the passion, dedication, and knowledge that Luca brings to the process. Meticulous, hard working, thorough follow through, great updates and clarifications are all the things that make you feel that you are in the right place doing the right thing. He brought out the detail of paint that I have not seen since the car was picked up at dealer brand new 3 years ago. Combined with some maintenance education the results are lasting and worth it. “The handling at the.... they need to use clean towels. 80% of the time they're using dirty towels, so my windows show up with streaking. Its not a good experience. Otherwise I love the place.”
“Glenside Auto Spa was the right choice to take my car to get detailed.
I had work done at my house and had to park my car elsewhere for about a week. I ended up parking under some conifers that dripped large amounts of sap all over the car.
I first took my car to Glenside Auto Spa for someone to take a look at it, as I was unsure what options were best. Jeff took the time to look over the car and give me his recommendations and suggestions.
I made the appointment easily on their website with no issues. Today was the day and I just got home with what looks like a brand new car. I cannot express enough how great of a job Jeff did in making my car look new again.

“Very friendly staff from the sprayers in the front to the dryers at the end. Everyone greets you like you are family, and they take pride in having a great work product (my clean car). Sometimes there is a long line but it moves quickly. The owner is very hands on. You see him there all the time. His leadership and pride in his company really trickles down through his employees. They will go the extra mile if you need some special attention to a spot on your car or if something accidentally gets vacuumed up. The owner himself came out to help me go through the vacuum container after I heard something go up the tube from under my seat and I was not sure what it was. We found the item and all is good.
If you get the monthly car wash, the big extra that makes it worth it is the free vacuumed tokens that are included. The location is very convenient. It is located right by the turnpike exit so you can always arrive at your destination in a clean car.”
“The skill and the passion for the work is TANGIBLE and VISIBLE. I brought my car in for a "fender bender" repair (which was done to perfection - seriously) and had them detail it as well. I haven't had them detail my car before and holy cow, my 13-year-old car looks new. It's so shiny and the convertible top is so black and I will be bringing my car in for detailing every year now. Supreme wash and very affordable! Very happy with how my car looks after the wash.
$10 less that the monthly sub compared to the competition as well. It doesn't hurt my pocket.
