Closing my home purchase with ALT Title was a real pleasure. Their straightforward quote system makes it easy to price title with no hidden fees. When we needed to use a power of attorney, they were extremely helpful and I appreciate that they did not use this as an opportunity to upcharge. I am happy I chose to go with ALT rather than my broker's in-house agency. I would not hesitate to use ALT Title again, and I highly recommend them.

Most transparent and fastest worry-free service I could have ever imagined. They were able to process everything in a record span of 11 days where I have heard other title companies take 30 days. Also, no hassle pricing with clear cost of valid things. No unnecessary asks. They keep it simple, Clear, efficient and fast. Much recommended.

I had a great experience with AltTitle. Their online quote was straightforward and simple. I didn’t had to ask even a single question on that, it was detailed and clear. All the associates Tara, Susan, Jessie were responsive and professional at every level. There were no hidden fees, infact no fees. Definitely recommend to anyone and will use their services again for future transactions.

Beware of this company. Very unprofessional company. The document deed transfer they prepared for me had mistakes on it. I asked them to change it and they told me they could not. They asked me to sign a document that would avoid a transfer tax (fraud) and they advised me to just sign it so they can get their $350 even though it had mistakes. I had basic questions about the document and then they said we are not spending anymore time on this, I am going to refuse this transaction and you need to leave. If there was a half a star, they would get it. Other than that, I was warmly greeted, and the receptionist was very pleasant. Please beware of this company.

I've never shopped around for Title Insurance since it's a fixed amount. I always went with the Realtor's recommended agency. ALT easily saved me over $700 in the add on costs. Use their online calculator and you will be surprised at how much less then other companies. Just like settling at Realtors office except it's at ALT. Tara and the entire staff were great!
