I’m rating this a 2 because the day shift people are very nice for the most part but the big curly haired guy at night is very nasty and obnoxious. Doesn’t say anything like a “hi!” Or anything welcoming. He’s always on his phone texting right in front of me while I'm waiting to be checked out.
