Used to love this store, but I won't be able to anymore because they've closed the fitting rooms. I'm super disappointed, they used to have a ton of great stuff.

I would hve given more stars had they kept their dressing rooms, whose gonna buy a used item take it home, try it on, then return it, really?? Ain't nobody got time for that!!?

I used to like this store. Now the prices went up and you can’t even try the clothes on! Yeah you can return them but only for store credit. ??

Some awesome clothes in here but they recently blocked off all the fitting rooms. Completely pointless to get anything besides a jacket. No refunds either, you can only exchange for more clothes that probably don’t fit ?. prices have risen considerably too. You can get normal prices on 25% off Tuesday’s if you have a membership and wish to wait in a 30 minute line. Hopefully you also use a credit card cause if you threaten a chargeback they will refund you for the badly fitting clothes you got stuck with. Otherwise they’ll act like they can’t do anything.Either go back to being an ethical business or leave the community

What a poor business decision that a store would permanently close their dressing rooms when 90% of what they sell is clothing. I live over an hour away so exchanging something for a like item (not even credit mind you) within 14 days is simply not feasible. I’ve been shopping here for many years and unfortunately it no longer makes sense to continue to patronize this establishment.

The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the dressing rooms are off limit. ? Everything else is ??

I'm not sure what this place was like before but I've visited two or three times in the last year and each time I was disappointed. It's kinda dirty.I don't know who does their pricing but it seems way too high for most items. When I go to a thrift store I want to spend 25-50% less on an item than on a new item.

This location has gone down so bad its beyond pathetic. No more dressing room, not enough employees to keep the floor stocked, self checkouts and 1 color sale tag. For what?? To make more money? How can you make a profit if the business choices you make drive customers and employees away? The employees even seem miserable!!! The store was fine the way it was. Bring back the dressing rooms, lower the amount of self check units and have more color sales tags. You will make a profit because your customers will return and be happy. Customer service and appreciation makes a business thrive!!If you are worried about dressing room theft then have an employee there to give tags for the number of items they are taking in like everybody else. Come on 2nd Ave.!!!Looks like I'll only be shoppingfor housewares which is far less frequent than shopping for clothes until this location's management improves store policy.

When you live on a budget or not, it’s very helpful to shop thrift. Especially when kids grow fast & changes sizes quickly.I’ve found some great dressy dresses for occasion and my sister in law always finds treasures that are really nice.

This store used to be so good, but it went downhill so fast. I used to come here as the main spot for my clothes, but now all the dressing rooms are closed off, so you have no idea how things will fit until you take them home and try them on. To make it worse, they don’t do any kind of cash return, so if you end up not liking the clothes, you’re either stuck with it, or you have to shop around AGAIN at the store and hope you find an item with the exact same value to replace it. And once again, that replacement clothing item would also be a risk since you can’t try it on, so if you don’t like it, you’ll have to repeat the cycle all over again. It’s made clothes shopping here a nightmare. In addition, there aren’t nearly as many sales as there used to be. I don’t know if they’re penny pinching or what, but the customers are miserable and many of the worker there appear miserable as well. I’ve come across multiple of them complaining about the store, so they aren’t happy either.Sad to say, I won’t be shopping here anymore. It’s extremely disappointing because I really used to love this store, but it isn’t the same place now. It could so easily be fixed by just re-opening the dressing rooms, or at least offering cash refunds if they’re not going to let people try clothes on.

Insane to me they closed their fitting rooms. Their prices were always a little high but I could justify for an item I knew fit at the right price. I won't be back. They have a 'return' policy but its store credit same day. Ridiculos... needlessly ridiculous.

I've been a customer for the past 15 years. I grew up coming to this store. I rave to anyone who will listen that this store has consistently nice brands and good quality items-my favorite thrift store of all time. Now that 2nd Avenue is owned by a new company, the prices have been raised considerably, the dressing rooms have been permanently closed, AND you can only return for store credit. I might as well buy solely at Marshalls or TJ Maxx now. The prices are similar and at least there you can see if a clothing item fits well or not. What a shame.
