They have abt 18 or more self checkout’s set up, but only abt six of them are usually active at one time. On top of this, they only have 2-3 cashier-run registers runinng at any given time. So, you either have to wait in line for a cashier, or wait forever for a self checkout. Then, they have the registers blocked off, so you have to walk several feet between two display shelves, & back towards the same direction of the entrance of the displays just to access a register; instead of having the registers readily accessible like it used to be.

Somehow made what was already a bad experience worse after the remodel. Same store now with even less checkouts.

Walmart, yes you store, district and regional manager (I am addressing all of you for your employee's blatant disrespect to me in your store.)
First of all, you should not make a product shelf full of product and then list a price on the shelf that comes up very differently at the register.
Your specific Walmart made an entire shelf where your employees stocked an entire shelving system of Lysol disinfectant spray. The shelf price in very large print read around $3.48. It rang up close to $7.00 at the register.
I was told by the girl who was watching the self- checkout lanes that she would not give it to me for the price you listed in very large, black and bold print. I let her know you will give it to me for that price because that is what you have listed. I only had two cans of it in my cart along with well over $100 of other products.
She then went on to let me know that no one can leave the counter and that I would be required to go back and take a picture to prove it. She had quite the attitude with me even though I was polite about it. <,<
I proved my point after I went back to take a photo, which is not my job, but your employee's job. She had no choice but to give it to me for the price listed. She wasted my time as well as being rude. She lacked more than just people skills and should not be working at your store or any place involving customer service even remotely. She did not even apologize at any given point to me for her behaviors towards me.
Your Walmart needs to retrain all of your employees on how to conduct themselves and they need to learn to be respectful to YOUR customers because the girl was very rude to me. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and beyond unacceptable. If you have no customers then you will have no paycheck. It is quite simple and not difficult to understand the point. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this event and go where employees do their job properly and are respectful to their customers.
I have trained many people at many jobs and in my training of folks under me if any of the people I supervised had behaved like her they would have been given disciplinary action such as a written counseling statement kept in their work records.
Now, for other customers reading my review I will let you know that I have noticed a trend of Walmart lying to customers about pricing too often. Make sure you document all prices as you shop so you do not get cheated like they tried to do to me on more than one occasion. They are required to sell the products for the price they list.
I suggest everyone take note to take a pen and paper with you and mark down EVERY price next to every item on that paper and force the employees to go check all products that come up wrong. If they refuse to take care of it for you then contact corporate and file an official complaint against them as well as a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
Additionally, I also recommend contacting the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office if Walmart does not handle the situation to your satisfaction. This way the attorney general can investigate how Walmart is conducting business in the state of Pennsylvania.

The company they outsource the rings to so they can be resized is committing fraud. The assistant manager Heather must be in on it because she really told me that they would not take the rings back after they were resized with Fake Gold and the Keepsake and 10k stamp was taken out. The rings had black marks and bubbles! She said I could get them resized again but would have to pay ? do you think I would ever send the rings back to the same company and actually pay!! You are out of your mind and you need to be investigated as you are probably in on the scam! You will have to call 1800walmart to get anything done.

I am not a person who goes into walmart. I either ask for pickup or delivery. This time was for pickup and since they set up a more formal area for pickup the service has been fantastic. The last three times I have gone there for pickup they have been out to my car within 2 or 3 minutes. So target has actually been getting worse but not horrible and Walmart has improved remarkably. I have no problems with going for pickup. However the delivery service is great, too.

Worst experience ever! The store doesn't know it's own company policies. Simply anything to get out of doing their jobs! Extremely rude lazy employees! Wouldn't shop here if it was the last store. This store, employees & managers are the ones who give all walmarts a bad name!!!

I am a woman of color with natural 4b some 4c hair. I went for a wash and straightening and left with very greasy, flat, thin looking, burnt smelling hair. The stylist was nice, however , I was on time and seen almost 2 hours late then i had to ask for her to add heat protectant after I realized she was drying my hair without any. The drying process was harsh.She didnt section my hair, which is thick especially in the back; she raked through it with some sort of brush and I'm surprised I didnt loose patches of hair. While she was flat ironing my hair a little girl who was waiting, commented on the smoke coming from my hair, stating it looked like a chimney. Also, her styling tools were veeery damaged. Why I didnt just leave and stop her is besides me. I hadn't been to a stylist in years for this reason. You can't trust everyone with your hair nor expect gentle treatment as you would do your own. Lesson learned. I spent $60 for this and no discount for the late appointment or poor service was offered.

Bought bagged fresh chicken tonight with the "Freshness Guarantee" just to open it and have rotted smell hit me in the face went back 30 mins before closing to exchange it just to be met with an absolute ignorant attitude from the front-end team lead who claims she doesn't know how to do a return or exchange and that everyone left for the night that I can deal with it and throw it away this isn't the first time yall had spoiled chicken it honestly disgusting that nothing is rotated out the health department along with corporate will be contacted because that store needs to be investigated along with the team lead that was on tonight being fired absolutely ridiculous
