Just left here only came to get cigarettes and snuff.. my Husband told the girl I need a maverick red one hundred and a maverick green one hundred. Apparently the girl was alittle incompetent and confused so when she held up the packs and said is it this and my husband responded yeah and I said yeah she's got it. The incompetent girl proceeded to get an ignorant and mocking attitude and rudely mocked us and said when someone asks you a question you need to say something you both just sat there saying yeah yeah yeah and didn't say nothing else. Even tho we did answer her twice. She continued to go on and mock us in front of other customers during the entire transaction even tho we said nothing else to her. There was no reason for this girl to be so rude over her poor understanding of the simple product and job that she's holds. I worked at a gas station and it's about the easiest job a person can hold anyone should be able to do this job well but she apparently can not.. I'm very disappointed that such a big company would employ and allow a worker to treat a customer so badly in front of other customers that it makes them uncomfortable to even shop her anymore.. so disappointed.. Walmart please take a better look at who you employ. Customer service is everything and the customer is why this girl has a job and she needs to realize that or get out of this line of work.. we were there on 9/9/22 at 6:50pm she was the only employee working and I'm really hoping something is done because if her attitude stays the same I won't use this gas station or this Walmart anymore.. giant eagle and getgo are by far better customer service

We had close to 400.00 in groceries. Only 1 cashier for the whole store we were told that we would HAVE to cash ourselves out. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE. We left out cart hope they had fun putting all the stuff back.

First pump didn't work. After filling the tank the new pump couldnt print out the receipt. The inside sales person didn't know which receipt to print out for my pump which caused me to gk back out to get the exact amount from the pump. PITA.
