My brother got his tires changed at this place, next day we came back after noticing 3 of 4 tires has defect, they would not acknowledge that they are defected. In fact after seeing those defects, first they said they were manufactured like that then they proceeded to say that it was him, that maybe he caught potholes. They are clearly seeing it is a defect but they would not replace them nor they would not refund his money and take tires back. This is clear rip off. Do not come here. Do not buy from them. Do not deal with them in any way whatsoever

I had a disappointing experience with this tire shop. The tires I purchased turned out to be defective, but when I approached them for a refund or replacement, they refused. Poor customer service and unacceptable product quality

A regretful experience with this tire shop. Defective tires, and their unwillingness to make it right by offering a refund or replacement speaks volumes about their customer service.

Stay away from this tire shop! Sold me faulty tires, and when I asked for a refund or replacement, they flat-out refused. Zero accountability and terrible customer support.

Walmart has always been my families' "go-to" store for great products and prices. A car care center at a shopping store? I have found the weirdest stuff, that my wife sends me to the store for, that I didn't believe was even a product for sale on earth, and 'What-da-you-Know? There was such a product and Walmart happens to have it!!!

Extremely rude employee over the phone, was very short and seemed frustrated just to answer a simple question. Awful experience.

Well, lets just say that it would be ideal if we could make and even cancel appointments online because it is difficult to get someone on the phone. Then the front desk associate could work uninterrupted. I tried to make an appointment but no one answered the phone. My walk-in was taking too long, so I left. Today I don't feel well so I missed the appointment. Now, I am trying to make another one at a different location further away. It is time consuming for both the customer and the store to not have online access to make appointments. Time slots could be auto-allocated depending on the service. Tell people to show up 15 minutes early for check-in. This would have an initial upfront cost for setup, but would definitely pay for itself in the long run with a seamless experience for the store and the customers.

They do not know there merchandise ordered on line went to pick up after getting email to do so they couldn't find it for 3 days after calling customer service they had it in stock all the time. Dont recommend

I always get my oil changes done here, it usually takes about an hour or two. You can walk in but they are very slow on desk so its better to schedule over the phone as its first come first serve and you have to wait for them to finish with whoever is infront of you and theres always a chance they may turn you away after waiting 20-30 minutes to get to you.

I used to be a Wally-World regular until the pandemic hit and changed the entire energy and experience of the store in general!! It seems to me that it will never be the same again for 1 their business hours have completely destroyed the “I’m bored and can’t sleep lets go to Wally-World at 2 a.m,” culture! (Wally-World’s a nickname for Walmart btw) This particular location has been consistently ratchet since it’s development in the late 90’s or early 00s so I can’t even be mad about calling the automotive department and asking to schedule an oil change appointment and being told come the same day at 11 a.m and getting there at 10:50 and told i had to go to another location because they’re booked and I was misinformed!! Sometimes all I can do is smh!
