A week later I had to come back because my heating and cooling was acting strange I noticed this before I brought my car in the 1st time forgot to mention it until it became a problem second time I came back I got the same amazing service from Kayleigh!!! She was super sweet and knowledgeable made everything such a smooth process for me! I had the same mechanic both visits he was very nice and efficient each time! “Definitely a 5/5 Tire shop and probably one of the best Tire shops in Pittsburgh, went in here for the first time to get my tires rotated and to fix one dead sensor I had dead for a long time, usually to get all tires rotated is 10.70 and to replace a dead tire sensor is 50 bucks but instead they let me pay just the 50 which was amazing, very down to earth people there I will definitely be back to get my tires rotated next time!”

“Last August, I bent my tire rim from trying to avoid various potholes locally and the folks from Valley Honda recommended this place.$128 for a bent rim fix. Well worth the $.A new rim runs $700. I've been driving on it now for just under a year and half and never had any issues.When you come in, they have you sign a general disclaimer. I waited 45 minutes. Staff is great. No frills, no nonsense. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a bent rim and is looking for quick and easy service, at a fraction of the cost of a brand new replacement.The turn in is right on Rodi Rd.”

“I Had my new 23 Suburban for oil and wheel rotation. Fact: If it wasn’t for Brandon, I’d be going elsewhere! He goes above and beyond and is by far the best Assistant manager this location has had since Mark, god bless his soul, he was exceptional at satisfying, we the customer! “We are very happy customers and pleased with how they treat their customers....they make sure you can see what is going on when they find issues with your vehicle while doing state inspection..ours failed due to holes in the body frame otherwise, everything else was fine....We got the holes fixed by a company welding panels onto the areas and then undercoated the area...Dan (employee of Monro) is a great person and makes you feel very welcome and informed....”
“Thanks so much to Mr Tire of Irwin for saving me this week! I went to Sheetz gas station to get air in my tires and realize that Sheetz gas station is not set up for Jeep Wrangler when you try to put air in it actually releases the air and let it out. I was on for almost flat tires lol and Mr Tire saved the day by filling them back up and getting me back on my way. I was able to make it to my client appointment on time thanks to Mr Tire for taking me right away with no hassle and no reservations.”
“I took my car here for the first time ever and I’ve been going to Pitt since 2021. I needed an inspection on my Hyundai, plus my front left tire needed patching. I dropped my car off at 9am and got it back around 4pm. There was a 93 bus stop there so it was easy to get back to Oakland and to Homer’s. In one of the reviews I read it said to not expect a concierge service and that this is Greenfield haha. I second this, because after I paid they told me my car was in the Giant Eagle parking lot across the street lol. Not a big deal, I thought that was funny though. Also I appreciated that they topped off my fluids without even having to ask. They are definitely focused on customer loyalty and satisfaction which I really like. I highly recommend this place to people who know nothing about cars, or can’t do it themselves. I will remember this place for future oil changes and other maintenance!”
“Bowser Subaru is always on top of things. Always provide me with accurate information, making sure that I understand. The staff is always friendly and personable. And the waiting area is pleasant and clean with coffee, lots of space, and accommodations for electronics.

They only address the problem and don't go looking for other issues to try and take advantage. If there's an issue or concern, they follow up first and ask if you want it fixed. “What brought me to Martin tire. Was a couple bad experiences at a car dealership where I had bought my car they said I needed brakes and etc and I figured no way so I took it to Martin car and I did not have to get brakes for almost 10 11 months. Just took my vehicle there the other day someone had put stones in my gas tank they took care of it no problem they are the best.Hghly recommend them and reasonable and fair. I've probably been going to Martin tire now for at least 10 years.”
