Joined the club having never laced up gloves in my life, in spite of being a life long boxing fan.I'm 6 weeks into my journey and can't wait to get to the gym each day.Coach Bob not only teaches the science of each punch, but teaches the overall strategy of certain maneuvers and what they try to achieve. The strategic elements of the sport are fascinating and bobs deep knowledge of it are a pleasure to learn. A no nonsense gym. Used equipment available and new equipment available to purchase.Technique and bag work every class. Sparring is fun and controlled. Good gym, good people.

I love this gym. I started here after trying “another place”. Coach Bob was welcoming and extremely patient with his teaching. He is encouraging and made me feel welcome and confident. All the members are great. Coach Bob is always trying to make sure we all have everything we need for classes, class times and promotes all the members to do their best. ?

If your looking for a great workout and to learn how to box, this is the place; I love the smaller class size; Coach Bob is the best; Coach will adjust the drills/workout based on individual skill level; Coach also switches up the drills/workouts so there is no chance of ever getting bored!!!!! I actually look forward to getting up early to workout here!!!

Bob’s gym is old-school, in the best of ways! Bob will teach you professional, competitive boxing and kickboxing techniques, not like the gyms that merely use heavy bags and gloves as props for a workout. The gym is not fancy, and that’s why most of us who come here love it. It’s authentic, well-equipped with the real stuff, and most importantly a coach who knows what he’s doing! You will feel welcome here if you want to work hard, whether to learn the basics for fitness or actually train to fight. The members form an incredibly diverse and friendly community, from every part of the city, profession, race, and age (above 13). Don’t just think about it, join!During COVID-19, Bob put together a rigorous 28-day at-home challenge for members, and made it available to non-members too at a super reasonable rate. The routines sent to us each day were an incredible workout, with some healthy points-based competition thrown in for added motivation. Bob inspired us and coached us through the challenge remotely, just like he does at the gym. Thank you, Bob!!

Coach Bob welcomed me to join his quarantine 28 day challenge! The week 1 workouts were tough, but very fair to start out. The workouts increased in difficulty and intensity as the weeks progressed. He considered the knowledge level of the participants and posted informative videos for the workouts, which I really appreciated! Honestly, this challenge really encouraged me to make the best of the quarantine time! It gave me something to look forward to and a goal to complete each day! I feel so much better than I did on day 1!! I would definitely do a similar challenge with Coach Bob again!

if I can give a zero I would. coach Bob very arrogate. I texted back and fourth with questions I was interested in self defense, kickboxing, and boxing, never once talked on the phone I guess he was too busy. then he texted me and said you dont decide when you do self defense or knew kicks ect it's only up to us. I'm sure that's to keep us coming because if they were good enough coaches we should learn technic. I took karate all the way up to brown belt and I know I need practice. I was supposed to come there tonight and watch the class and he told me this school is not a fit for me and since it's a private school I can choose who I take. I wouldn't go there anyway to arrogate
