Great one on one coaching! I understand proper form and footwork now. Coach Bob's skills drills helped me understand the basics of boxing.

A no nonsense gym. Used equipment available and new equipment available to purchase.Technique and bag work every class. Sparring is fun and controlled. Good gym, good people.

Note: ALL training must be scheduled via website. Pittsburgh Martial Arts & Boxing Academy has been serving the east suburbs of Pittsburgh since 1979. We offer realistic self-defense training, a mixed kickboxing class and boxing training. Members can train to compete, to gain knowledge or just for fun and to get in shape going through the same training a fighter goes through without the contact, the choice is yours. We offer group classes and private lessons. You will get in shape. You will have fun. Most importantly, you will learn from professional coaches who have actually been in a ring.
