Was always my go to because they carry the rotella in 1 qt bottles (best regular oil for my motorcycle) but tonight Jamie from the Irwin store was here & helped me tremendously with my oil leak. His suggestion was a complete problem solver opposed to the temporary fix that i intended. I really lucked out tonight with him (a fellow rider too btw) being at the north versatile location.
Thanks again, Jamie. It worked like gangbusters lol. ?✌️

Had to get a new battery for car there was a girl there and put it in did good job going back there again she was very nice and pleasant

My first experience with O'Reilly...best in class customer service. Parts were fast and easy to get. One part turned out to be defective. All employees were very knowledgeable, and assisted me with finding an awesome alternative. I got no fuss when I returned the defective part. Shawn went above and beyond. I will do business with them from now on.

Really nice staff. Always willing to help out, will come out to parking lot to help install certain things like a headlight, wipers, etc or do a scan. Friendly helpful by phone also, clean well stocked store in convenient locale with easy access & parking.

Visited O'REILLY'S in search of front ready struts for a friend's 2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara. They were in the Greensburg warehouse and we're at the NV store the next day after 9:30. Staff was friendly and helpful from ordering to pick up phone call. May I say the ready struts are the way to go, in and out with minimal problems. Overall, Highly Recommended!
