Found out we needed a new water heater and expansion tank. Called Mr Water Heater Saturday... they offered to come out that day... not emergency so scheduled for Monday. Initial quote was $1100 but final cost $1585 due to additional upgrades needed and explained. I am very happy and appears they did a great job. Both techs were super friendly and happy to answer any question. I recommend calling Mr Waterheater. Prod was 50 gallon gas State Commercial Grade

I called around, Mr.Water Heater was best price. Naive I let them come. They up charged me almost double. They quoted 950.00 charged 1500.00 guys were dirty weirdos. The job was well done (?)

Fantastic service! Call Sunday about my leaking water heater and within 24 hrs I had a new one installed. The dispatcher gave me an accurate time window and the installer was meticulous, respectful and just did an overall outstanding job. I highly recommend Mr. Waterheater!

Our water heater was leaking. They came out the very next morning and replaced it. They were professional and efficient and hundreds less than local plumbing companies. Very happy!

I own multiple rental properties and TWICE Mr Water heater has shown me that I do NOT need a new hot water heater! Recently another company told me it would cost $2,700 for a new heater because it was a Saturday. But over the phone Mr Water Heater had a tenant look at the existing hot water heater sticker and determined it was still under warranty, which it was. No service by them needed. Another time they discovered that the water on the basement floor was not coming from the heater but actually from a leaking steam pipe. Again, no service by them needed.
However, twice they have replaced hot water heaters at a fair price, and quickly for my tenants which is obviously very important.
Lastly, they were first recommended to me by my plumber who does excellent work but he said they would too and would likely be less expensive. Good for him and good for them!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Waterheater.
I woke up to the leaking of my hot water tank. I called them at 6:45 am, i had my return call by 8 am to gather all of the pertinent information & the estimated cost, and the technicians arrived by 8:45 am.
They started work right away. Drained the tank and had the new one installed within 45-60 minutes. They noticed a leak coming from my existing hose hook ups and replaced those for me.
My total cost was no more than what i was quoted over the phone. They were efficient, friendly and very professional. Dennis was one of my technicians, he was very nice and explained everything to me, including the fact that using a credit card would add a 3% charge for using it for payment. which i was fine with since the man on the phone had already told me that. He also explained the 6 year warranty on the tank and work completed.
They didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need or want. I highly recommend Mr. Waterheater. They do great work and are the most affordable around. I had a quote from someone last winter of $1,800 which i thought was very high and i am glad i didn't get it done then because my total cost was MUCH less than that.

Lucas did a great job with replacing our 50 gal gas hot water heater. He let us know that he was running late. He was very pleasant and went about his work as soon as he arrived. He removed the old unit and installed the new one within less that 2 hours. He brought his own towels to wipe up any water leaks and cleaned up the work area before he left.

Best prices around and quick service! Called and had a hot water heater installed within 3 hours of calling. The two guys were very professional, super friendly and left the place immaculate upon completion. Highly recommend Mr. Water heater!!!!

Called after hours with a burst water heater. Heard back within 5 minutes. They were here the next morning at 9am and the unit was replaced by 10. Best clean-up job I have ever seen from a crew, and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend.

As a first time homeowner, replacements and repairs of things around the house like a water heater can be intimidating, especially when your find yourself stuck with an unexpected issue like a fast leaking water tank.

Excellent service. Water heater broke at 3am Sunday...of course it was the day before Memorial Day. I called Monday morning and they were here by Tuesday. Good communication the whole time. They were on time. Removed/Replaced water heater and added an expansion tank in about an hour. Very reasonable pricing. Will recommend to everyone I know.
