They really have bad understanding and don’t care about their customers the boss is very rude … I would recommend someone not to go to their shop please try to go somewhere else to fix your car than this place JNK .

Called him on a Sunday. We talked about what I needed done. My impact wasn’t enough. He told me to bring it down. They had my truck done within an hour. As a mechanic myself. I don’t trust many people to work on my cars but I’d trust these guys.

I’m visiting Pittsburgh. My car was misfiring I called around but JNK was the only ones that could help. He seen I was in distress and fixed my car I was due to leave the next morning thank you so much. I wish I could address him by his name but I don’t know it. But I’ll be back the service was great. Came out diagnosed my vehicle. Fixed it on the spot. There was a $50 service fee for coming out n diagnosing my car. Overall service was great highly recommended

I was having serious car problems and called to have someone come check it out since I couldn’t move the car. When I called I was told someone could come around 3 to check it out and after that to reach out via text. After a couple hours I tried calling back with no response. I ended up waiting in my car in the rain for hours thinking that someone was coming with no confirmation or follow up. Would not recommend if you’re in a serious bind.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
