I will refer people that can't do there own..but I got charged$410 witch I thought was crazy for my taxes to be done...I may be going to turbo tax and trying to do it my self next year..I can understand$100 or $200 but more then that is crazy

The lady at the help desk was not of much help when I came to this location to ask for help resolving my rejected Pennsylvania state tax, which I originally filed myself through HR Block online. She rushed me off before I got a chance to explain how my state tax was rejected and before I could show her my documents. She didn’t attempt to help me with how my rejected state tax could be corrected. Whatever little help I got didn’t come from her but it came from some other employee who handed me the HR Block help center phone number.

I never had an issue up till today when they canceled my appointment 3 times with Elizabeth. Then had me in for the wrong time slot. Then tried to place me with Kerry. Beware of Kerry she’s very rude and unprofessional when speaking to you. Coped an attitude when explaining my 1099 to her.
