I calling yesterday with a problem with my phone and they said if I couldn't figure it out to bring it in they would be there till six I just stopped in the lights was off and the doors was locked and there was no one to be seen or found

Cricket in North Versailles has such great staff! My experience was beyond amazing! I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! He was so patient during the entire process which made me feel very comfortable :)Hopefully he gets to see this so that he knows how grateful I am for his patience & understanding ?
