The staff are irresponsible and childish hanging up bc they can't do their job. 1st car was delayed then it came with a dead battery and left in the middle of the road for 2 days. 2nd car was delayed then suddenly after wanting more money they canceled my delivery. And their insurance partner Root is also part of the scam process. For a total $6154.42. Bad company. Horrible.

huge scam, offered me a rice on my vehicle that expired the day before the purchase was to be made. went through the entire process with a virtual notary, completed all documents, then carvana quoted 7k lower on the trade-in and raised the elivery fee of the vehicle.

A joke 2018 gmc 146,000 I paid 50,000 dollars for this truck. Owe 20,000. Want to offer 10,000 and owe the bank 10,000. I'll never buy a new truck again. They don't hold their value. Or Carvana just making a Killin...

NEVER buy a car from carvana! They will sell you a dirty car that's not inspected, not inspectable in the condition they give it to you, then jerk you around with their 7 day return guarantee. They want me to be available ALL day for them to come pick up their car. They want to call me whenever throughout the day and tell me they'll be there in 30 min. Totally inconsiderate of people's lives and other obligations.

I ordered a car. The order was then cancelled but I was still charged $490 a few days later. I reached out to carvana and they said they have no record of that transaction being made. But my bank statement says otherwise.

What a scam! First they changed my down payment (the pre approval changed) I wire them the money like they told me too, then I realize an email needs fixed. They wanted me to start the buying process all over again and send them my down payment again!

My first experience buying a car several years ago was good. My recent experience was horrible. When the vehicle showed up, it had dents and NO OIL, unacceptable!!!

Carvana is a scam!DO NO BUSINESS WITH CARVANA!SAVE YOURSELF THE ISSUES AND COST!I bought a 2015 Audi A3 in March off 2021. I had to ride on a Temporary Tag for 6 months due to Carvana not sending the proper paper work to get a permanent plate on the vehicle. Within 1 month of having the car the coolant system went bust. I used the rinky dink Warranty I purchased from SilverRock through Carvana and they covered it. 1month after this the coolant system blew again and I had it repaired again under warranty.Next the battery died. I had it replaced. Then the fuel injectors had to be flushed. paid $550 out of pocket to repair.Shortly after that the check engine light started to come on. Then the ECP light came on and now as of Oct 11, 2022 the engine is completely blown. Left me stranded in the Liberty Tunnel's during rush hour. All this after maintaining oil changes on time and still never being able to pass an inspection since I purchased it.Never would ANYONE BUY A VEHICLE THAT WILL NOT GET THEM DOWN THE ROAD SECURELY AT THE TUNE OF $21,000.00 and the payments have been paid on time.Spoke with CARVANA AND THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR HELP. THEY SAY IF YOU HAVE THE CAR OVER 1 YEAR AND YOU NO LONGER HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.I'm currently seeking legal action.

If I could give this business a zero I would. The buying process has been a complete joke! My car has been delayed twice now. I will be canceling my order.

Terrible experience. Worst experience buying a car (with cash up front) I have ever endored. On the phone for hours for zero reson. I would never use them again. Even after all of that I am still getting texts from them telling me that the regeristration is on hold, claiming that I didn't sign documents that I Know I signed, and already called about, and was on hold for hours over. I will not spend another miniute on the phone with these people.

i bought a car from carvana in nov 2020. It was a great experience. So when i had my accident in jan 2022 i decided to buy another car from them. Once my loan finalized in feb 2022. I proceeded to buy a car. My original pick up was February 22, 2022. Since then my car has been delayed another week due to the fact that they said they were waiting on the title to come in. I found out in the state of Pennsylvania all titles are filed electronically unless you forfeit to have it recorded in the state of Pennsylvania. This may have been the case but this is bad Business practice. And I will no longer in the future allow them to do this to me this will be the last car I buy from them.

Buying process was a mess to begin with. My car delivery was delayed. Then after a week I notice my car shaking when I would brake. Of course it was bad rotors. Now almost a year later I found out after a ice/snow storm that the tires that they claimed were brand new are infact not brand new. I've put 20k miles on it and my tires are bald and now my husband and I have to share a car until the snow and ice clear so I can get new tires. Stay away from carvana!

Starting to see why everyone is complaining about the buying process of Carvana. I started the process of buying a week ago and the cars been delayed in delivery twice. It was supposed to be delivered 1/27 and then got bumped to 1/29. (Not a huge deal) Until I received another message about it being delayed until 2/11. That puts this whole process to almost a month of waiting for a car. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

just cancelled my order for a car from you. For the past 3 days with over 6 agents I have experienced the worst customer service trying to make a pruchase. They do not like the format that my company lays out my pay stubs on line. I cannot produce a pdf version as my company is a government contractor and for security reasons I cannot do that. They also do not like the fact that my bank runs it's statements from the 14th to the 14th of each month. Again nothing I can control. This was a very stressful nightmare I would give a zero if I could
