I been here 8yaers and is been a dump no Property manager, the maintenance man somewhat and they overcharge you every time and the dumpsters always filthy. No one ever cleans up here. Because there is no maintenance man to keep the building maintenance, I'm pretty sure that is the maintenance man position as state law says, but I assume he only worked on AC furnace. We need help here. It is very bad and I will protest about this because they've taken people money and just cleaning up the front Rocco. Retired, so again. There is no property manager even though they are at lawsuit at the moment.

I love where I live I been here for almost 9 years The only thing is I wish they had someone to clean carpets and didn’t have to wait a decade for new carpets especially with kids a lot of complexes I know updated to hardwood floors . But other than that I def would recommend

As I go and read the reviews it’s terrible how bad someone can talk about someone the short term I’ve been in the north Versailles area before moving to Hawaii has been awesome I had no issues everything was done as told and me and my kids had a place to stay and management was very nice ….

Come on guys!!!!! After hearing about the kids falling from your rental properties window, i sat in dismay because I've heard multiple complaints about brandywine in the past like things not being fixed or addressed in a timely fashion. There is absolutely nothing you can do now to justify that! Nothing! I'm glad your fixing things but I will never occupy your properties and I hope you get your karma. Stay on top of these things and disasters won't happen! Your company is despicable. Period!

I would never recommend someone to stay here in della plaza honestly no one answers the phone they don’t fix anything and there’s mold in apartments they just care about getting they money. Just being honest??♂️

I’ve Lived at Cliffview Gardens for Almost 5 Year and the Last Year & a Half Was Horrible Since Latoya Has Become Property Manager . Latoya Doesn’t Like My Mother Me Or My Sister. My Mother Would Tell Her Things Going On , On the Property and She Would Still Do Nothing. Latoya Said That She Didn’t Have My Duquesne Light Account Number But I Have A Voicemail Of Her Saying She Does I Could Go On and On and Another Thing I’ve Emailed The Owner John Katz Of Brandywine On Two Different Occasions & I Still Have Yet To Receive a Response From Him ! There’s Also Other Residents With Mold Issues and Constant Flooding Issues

First moved into Green Valley apartment, had no problem till started running into maintenance issues, then fell behind on rent due to high utilities & the management refused to work with us & we were eventually evecited from the apartment

The apartments are unmaintained, things break easily & the staff is unprofessional towards low income families, if you get behind on your rent, they'll evecit you in a heartbeat

Been having a problem with my furnace since I moved in two years ago. Still not fixed & I have to wait until tomorrow because today is Sunday and they can't call anyone. Oh all space heater are being used we don't have any to let you use. So they are going to try to get me scheduled for the morning. Just freeze tonight.If you don't have to move here I wouldn't.
