The man tries to play you like a fool. Very sketchy and money hungry. Went to get 25 dollar upgrade on phone that every Boost agent directly calls me about. I explain that to him and he pulls out 99 dollar phone (learned price at register) . Hurried me along while looking at phone cases, insisting a black plain one is the only one that fits. Of course that ugly thing was 30 dollars and so was screen protector. Let's not forget the activation and blah blah blah feee........ the mess came out more expensive than it did when I opened up a new line with new phone!!!! SHADY, SHEISTY, SLEAZE

Been a Boost mobile member for 5+ years. went to this store to activate an old boost phone and was scammed out of a 45$ activation fee after i returned 4 hours later to be told the phone didn't work because it wasn't compatible with the network. so many red flags and the worst customer service. I'll be taking my five mobile lines to a different carrier. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! ALSO tried to up-charge phones from the listed pricing (Complete SCAMMER)

I’ve been a boost mobile customer for 10+ years this is by far the best Boost Mobile store I went to customer service from the employee Monday was great and I was also in and out!

Went to this location with a broken phone. I wanted to have my number( which was paid and current for the month) transferred to a new phone but was told it would be a extra cost. Got signed up for a new deal, 3 months free, (which is false information because it's pay for 1 month and get the next month free) and new phone and number. Now the phone ( Motorola 5G) does not work. Went back multiple times to get help and was told to call customer care; which I did, and not much help from them. Went back to the store to get my other number turned back on being I never cancelled my other service/number ( account was paid and active) and apparently "my account" was changed (unauthorized)to a family plan and my number & pin was given to someone else to get the brand new Iphone on credit. To my understanding the store is not permitted to change the service or give away someone else's number& pin to a different customer

Owner is mean and greedy. He'll refuse to give you your account number when you request it in an attempt to keep you hostage. (UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Following my original post, we went back to the store while a rather courteous lady was working who obliged our request without hesitation. I even offered her some money for her time following her providing the account information sought out, and she declined. Perhaps the man we originally encountered was having a bad day: it happens. But hooray to the nice lady who did what she could to make things right. Thank you).
