When being checked out I was treated rudely by who I now know as Kathy, the manager. I purchased something and asked about the price because I had not seen the 20% deducted. She answered rudely and indicated she was sick of customers asking about the coupons. I told her I didn't appreciate tone and rudeness and asked to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager. If she is the manager, I cannot see how she is a good role model for the staff. She told me she was having a very bad day. All of this has nothing to do with me as a paying customer who only wanted to inquire about a discount that was listed on the shelf. I want this issue addressed and I am still waiting on corporate to respond. I will update this review based on any follow-up I get.
