Was selling an RV. Buyer paying for it, wanted inspection by Belback. I foolishly agreed. Belback provided a list of items to buyer that needed repair most of which were bogus items with an incorrect analysis. Yet scared the buyer who backed out of the deal. Examples - said a few line is corroded and leaking. There is no fuel line leaking and there’s not a drop of fuel anywhere. Propane system, Rusty, and maybe leaking. There was three of a tank of propane when they reviewed it if it was any leaked, there would be no propane. A propane station could’ve put propane in it to verify. I did this after I picked up and everything is fine. They said they can tell by all the asphalt underneath that it had been bottomed out. There is zero indication of any scrapes or any asphalt underneath. Etc etc

I wish I could give them 10 stars. The receptionist, Natalie, is not only friendly, but knowledgeable when corresponding. Steve had my diesel diagnosed in a short amount of time. They went above and beyond exchanging previous faulty parts that were put on the vehicle…they were proficient and timely in replacing the correct parts ensuring my truck was running ? when i picked it up. With a history of this diesel being with 2 other mechanics over a period of 4 months, both of which did not have the technology to properly diagnose, I would have been thousands into it and still chasing the problem. I’m grateful and thankful for Belback being honest and dependable and guarantee I won’t be taking my diesel anywhere else!!

My Catalytic converter was stolen when my truck was there & they told me that the camera facing my truck wasn't working.

Terrible! The front staff is rude, and the technical staff is d*** & lazy. Left work unfinished, improperly installed parts, damaged property and either lost or stole my inspection sticker. They were unapologetic, and could care less. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Lying, crooked thieves.. That's how I would describe this place.Don't trust, or believe anything they say, or do.Steve, and Ginger have ONE objective, to take as much of your money as possible, and do as little for you as they can.Anyone using Belback Services, IS being screwed royally by smiling faces!!!They don't stand behind their shoddy work, and then lie to try and cover up their inept ways.Do yourself a favor, go someplace else for service!!!

I was greeted warmly by Ginger and Steve Belback. They did an inspection of my motor home and I was extremely happy with the service. Since they have so much experience with motor homes, and are a Dometic repair station, I will entrust the care of my coach to them.

Got me in and out for a diesel oil change & have done inspections many times. Very busy but there is a reason why they are!

Saw a propane refill sign stopped and had a 100 lbs tanked filled witch new last month was 213 $ new and filled paid 142.96 to have it filled I did have a grill size tank filled as well was shocked at the price .it cost 60 $ at the time I bought tank. Shame on me for not asking never again.
