“Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about by only giving 1 star. This bank is the best one I've ever dealt with. The big banks treat you like a number. This one actually cares about you as a customer. The 2 tellers Lisa and Holly are always friendly and pleasant and the manager Chuck always takes time to stop and say hi and is willing to make time to talk if you have any questions. Definitely consider Farmers if your looking for a new bank.”
“I have been a First Commonwealth Bank customer since its buyout of Great American Federal Bank. I have had the recent pleasure of working with all of the tellers and most recently, Karen, the manager. Karen is a very knowledgeable manager and made sure to explain, in detail, all the available products which were available to me through the bank. This is a great bank with efficient employees. I would also add that Chase's online banking is easy to use and is full featured for paying bills and scheduling recurring payments through Zelle.”

“They charge 7 for none customer check cashi, used to be 3This looks location used to look soooo messy and clutter everywhere, in the fall time it looked like someone threw up Thanksgiving and Halloween everywhere. I'm glad they remodeled and the new lobby furniture looks cute and place got a nice decluter”
“I usually Bank out of the West Mifflin office but had to go to the Wilmerding office today. Karen that used to work at West Mifflin branch is now down there and I got to work with her, she's just as great as she was when she was in West Mifflin. Wilmerding is lucky to have such a great employee. Everyone else I've ever dealt with at any United Community Federal Credit Union branches are fantastic, helpful and very understanding. I would recommend using them to anybody and I do recommend it to my friends all the time. I would never say something like this about any other bank they have helped me out many times and we're very understanding I give the branches a million Stars if I could. You're treated like a human no wacky unnecessary fees like most banks such as PNC and citizens horrible banks in my opinion so if you can bank with these guys happy customer for many years. And again Karen if you're reading this you're awesome thank you!”
“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”

I have moved, changed bank accounts, and changed my monthly payment amount throughout the last year, and through every change, the staff has been very helpful, polite, and provided great customer service through this. The website is not totally user friendly but whenever I have called and asked for help, an employee is always able to answer my questions.”

“I enjoy this Plaza because of the variety in retailers. I wish they had a Target, but until then, I enjoy what they do have. My favorite places to go are Ross, Giant Eagle, Marshall's, 5 below, and Bath and Body Works. There's also a couple of decent shoe stores, and a plethora of good eateries to choose from.”
