“John Bean is definitely a no nonsense kind of guy but a great person to know! Have taken my car there for years even though I live 20 minutes from the shop. Had a front end noise come up when I really didn’t want to travel 20 minutes to see my buddy, considered going to some local guys…. But changed my mind. GLAD I did… John took her for a ride around the block pulled into the garage rolled under with a crawler…… FOUND A STUPID 12” TREE BRANCH ? Saved me a lot of money… knowing ours would have taken me for a ride! Thanks so much John.”

“I drove by this place for years assuming it was a distributor only. I was talking to a friend about getting a replacement battery for my wife’s car and he told me he was very happy with the battery he purchased from them. He said they were very friendly, knowledgeable and were more interested in selling you the best battery for your vehicle as opposed to the most expensive option. I stopped yesterday and couldn’t agree more with his assessment. My first stop was to get my truck battery tested. It was dead the previous morning, but I wasn’t sure if it was due to lack of use or a failed battery. The battery is not an Interstate. They tested it and said it is still good and recommended I charge it a bit more and stop back the next time I’m in the area to have it checked again to make sure it’s working as expected. No sales pressure at all. I asked them about replacement options and was told the best battery for my application which was not the most expensive. I felt so good about my experience I drove the truck home and returned my wife’s 4runner in to replace her 9 year old OEM battery. The battery replacement was very quick and the price was fair. I was extra pleased when the car didn’t lose all the radio settings during the replacement process. I’ll definitely be back and recommend them to others.”

Reviewed the recent Dealer repair work with me that the Ford Dealer did not ever do. Did not gouge or try and replace anything that did jot need it. Honest people are great to find. “Bill found a transmission for my van. The transmission was next to impossible to find but he found it and installed it in a day. Van runs great with no leaks. Bill also re-wired the electrical system in my boat. He also totally redid the steering system and it steers so much more smoothly and precise. Not only that, but he also painted and laid new carpet on my pontoon boat. My boat looks brand new right now. I am so glad I saw the Marine part of the sign and stopped for my boat. I am very fortunate to have met Bill before my tranny blew. He did everything to my greatest of satisfaction.”

“I wish I could give them 10 stars. The receptionist, Natalie, is not only friendly, but knowledgeable when corresponding. Steve had my diesel diagnosed in a short amount of time. They went above and beyond exchanging previous faulty parts that were put on the vehicle…they were proficient and timely in replacing the correct parts ensuring my truck was running ? when i picked it up. With a history of this diesel being with 2 other mechanics over a period of 4 months, both of which did not have the technology to properly diagnose, I would have been thousands into it and still chasing the problem. I’m grateful and thankful for Belback being honest and dependable and guarantee I won’t be taking my diesel anywhere else!!”
