“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”

“This bank has always been fairly quick and very helpful. Had a difficult situation recently and had to go there in person to resolve it with another party. “I have been a PNC Bank customer since 1985 and have mostly gone to the PNC Branch on Forbes Avenue in Squirrel Hill. I had to get a replacement ATM card and decided to go the Edgewood Towne Center location this time because they have parking. The transaction took place very quickly and the staff was very friendly. I have used their drive through before but the branch is amazing!!”
