My dog is a tad bit on the "nuts" side. She is loveable but very high strung. when we bring her in, we are treated like family and she is shown so much patience. Tech Lindsey is an absolute gem and Nova is always excited to see her.

This was my new kitty’s first vet visit and Lindsay and the staff made it such a good experience. Lindsay was great with getting Reese’s vitals and listening to my concerns. The vet was wonderful in explaining everything that was going on and how to treat her. Highly recommend!!

I brought my golden doodle for his routine shots and for his ear infection. The visit cost me around $700. They did not treat his ear infection. The vet said he didn’t have an ear infection which my doodles ear is clearly infected. It’s red. Has an odor. They also did not give my dog a rabies shot. I can’t even get him groomed now because he doesn’t have his rabies shot which is why I brought him to get his updated shots to begin with. The receptionist is rude. They were willing to make it right by charging me again for another tech visit served with an attitude. Save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else!

St Francis is, in my opinion, THE vet to utilize in Westmoreland county. I would suggest this place to anyone in the county, even if it may be a bit of a drive for you. Thorough and professional, your fur babies are safe here through all stages of life. Shout out to Lindsey who really makes the animal doctor office a comfortable and even enjoyable experience for pets and owners alike!

I take my cat, Chloe, to St. Francis Animal Hospital for her regular checkups. They take good care of her and are always good listeners and very responsive to any concerns I might have.

A bit pricey, as most vets seem to be these days. But the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The vet was very kind and gentle with my dogs.

Everyone at St.Francis animal hospital are absolutely amazing. They started seeing my Digger Dog in like 2015 after switching from another vet who lost my trust when he was extremely sick and they would not call me back. The team at St.Francis got him in immediately when I called in a panic. He had pancreatitis and was very sick they took care of him over the next few days. Digger was 140 lbs of beast In His prime he was English Breed Chocolate lab. He was never overweight he was just big. They loved him and treated him so well. When I called in December 2020 and said I think it’s time he’s really struggling they didn’t try to push any crazy tests or anything they knew as well. Digger was born sept 2007 and passed December 2020. With all the staff’s love and support. They went above and beyond for us. I got sympathy cards In The mail with his beautiful paw prints and some of his fur. They arranged everything for his cremation and were so respectful and sensitive when it was time for him to come back home. I will never forget the kindness they showed us. Highly recommend them to everyone that has a pet.

I have nothing but good things to say about the people at St Francis Animal hospital. Everyone is so kind. Our dog is very fearful of having things done to him, whether it’s nail clipping or ear drops etc. Lindsay, in particular is AMAZING! She loves Bradshaw and he loves her back, I request her every time we take him in and I feel so comfortable anytime we have to leave him there for surgery. She gives him so much love and it’s appreciated beyond words! I would Definitely recommend St Francis to friends looking for a vet.

Donald and Dr. Elizeus both treated me and Bella like family. They both couldn’t have been more kind. Dr. Elizeus was amazingly patient and empathetic with me as I got some bad news. I felt like a highly valued guest during my whole appointment! Thank you all!
