Dumb, you can’t use an actual Sephora credit card here. That shouldn’t be the customers fault, its the consumers.

The only Sephora I have ever been to where an associate tries to hard sell fragrances. It’s so obnoxious and happened three times now by the same aggressive employee. I’ll be going to Monroeville or Ross Park Mall- never again to Irwin unless they properly train that specific team member.

This store is incredibly sad. The stock of products is so low its really not even worth going in. The testers are actually disgusting and most of them have literal dirt/funk growing in them. The ones for rare beauty were a disgrace. I understand that’s a popular brand and many people are sampling that product, but learn how to throw away testers that are literally turning into a public hazard. Pretty sure the cream blush testers are where Covid 19 began. I’m positive whoever is in charge of this store at a higher level would be seeing red if they seen it in the state I did this morning. I’ll shop online and purchase directly from the brand when possible over ever stepping foot into this store again.

Today I went into this Sephora looking for some stuff for an upcoming trip. Out off all the times I've ever been to Sephora to buy stuff, today I had the best customer experience. Kerine was awesome and super helpful!
