I have had more issues at many different Rite Aid stores recently. I purchased a reloadable Visa Debit card from Rite Aid, and they are no longer servicing those cards, but they are still selling them for purchase and can load a new card; just do not reload them once set up and registered. The employees always try, but when asking the manager why they are still selling a card they don't service, they don't seem to care, today, they told me "they were not told to take them off the shelf," so they continue to sell a product they no longer service.
Update: after response. I had already called the customer service line and they are "putting a notification out", what needs to happen is that Rite Aid should not be selling a product that they can not service after the sale, such as the Serve Visa reloadable cards.

Went there for the covid vaccine. Everyone that was working there was so kind and courteous, especially Rebecca and Mary. They were each doing the work of 3 people. They never complained and had smiles, something you don't see too often! BTW, never felt a thing when Mary gave me my vaccine! She even explained to me why it was so important to get this booster since I acquired acute adrenal insufficiency from keytruda. Cashier in front of the store was nice too. I picked up a beautiful Christmas ornament for a friend. They have a beautiful Christmas section, already 50% off. I'm going to get my flu shot here too!

Feel bad for the pharmacy techs. Head pharmacist was very rude to her when she asked an insurance question right in front of me and other customers. Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful and made it clear she did not want to be bothered by her employees nor customers.

I don't know why the reviews are so bad, maybe they've changed but every time I have gone, my prescriptions were ready instantly, provided they were in stock (but that was a special case). All have been friendly. Just be aware of their lunchtime break hours. This is by far the fastest pharmacy I've been to.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 6 going on 7 years now and it has gone downhill. I don't know if there's a staffing shortage or what but every single time I go to pick up my prescriptions, they aren't ready. Even if my doctor sent it over 8 hours prior to me going to pick it up. This wouldn't annoy me as much if they actually ever answered their phones. No matter how many times you call it just rings and rings. So I have to wait in a 30 minute line either inside or in the drive thru just for them to tell me it isn't ready yet. I'm going to be switching to another pharmacy until they get it together.

Going here for years but lately it is far less than even acceptable. The Dr puts in a refill for a medication but Rite aids has it never received the request. Ok, accidents happen. I call the Dr and the doctor says they have a date/time stamped receipt but sent it again. Again Rite aid doesn't have it. Then blames the Dr for sending it to the wrong pharmacy. Are you kidding me? Same pharmacy. Same meds. What happened to you guys? Still no med refills and it's 7 days into this blame game. Now they won't answer the phone! Just loops around to the front message, no way to leave a message. Tried for 15 minutes. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from a pharmacy.

Again today, pharmacy is closed. I phoned in my prescription refill yesterday and the recording said I have no refills. My prescription bottle says I still have 1 refill. No, the prescription is not expired. This is a maintenance rx that I need. Tried to call and now I'm allowed to leave a message. Well I guess that's better than them not answering the phone. But I'm now stuck without my meds. Do better, Rite aid! Not acceptable.

My 9 year old has a fever 103.5. I have tried calling to see if his anti nausea med was ready no one answers the dang phone!!!! I called back to back just to be annoying enough for someone to answer. I'm trying to be patient I completely understand they are under staffed because COVID but come on people are sick! I was there earlier the line was back down the middle aisle but yet there were staff that could of done more than just stand around. On another note the younger female pharamist is so rude!
