After a horrible experience with pep boys the gentlemen and younger lady here made sure my car was done right and honestly it hasn't felt this good since I took it off the lot they were very thorough in explaining pricing and everything and also mentioned the payment plan they offer Incase we couldn't pay the bill I will definitely be returning again for a future car need

Had a busted up valve stem. They did a thorough check of the tire itself just in case. In and out in under 30 min! Excellent work and customer service!

Needed an alignment yesterday. Whoever was doing my alignment at 4pm yesterday 7/5/24 needs to have their salary tripled. They did an AWESOME JOB. I’ve had my car for 150,000 miles and I don’t think it’s ever driven this straight before, it defies the laws of physics! It feels like a brand new car. A++++ if you need an alignment you have to come here! It’s beyond amazing!

I have been taking my truck and four cars to this location for the past five years. Jason and Rob are both very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when discussing any necessary repairs and fixing our vehicles. The managers and mechanics at this store are very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this store for any automotive repairs.

Today is my son's birthday and I was dropping him off at the Urban Air a few blocks up. On my way into the building I noticed that my tire was flat, and realized that it was a Sunday and everything closes relatively early. So with 5 minutes to spare before closing time I pull into the lot and my guy took care of me got me back on the road in the matter of minutes so that I can make it back to Pittsburgh and on time for work. Stellar customer service amazing energy and all around a good guy. Appreciate you boss

They were very nice and very helpful, and very good at customer service!!! I got all 4 of my tires done alignment and warranty on tires for a great price. I am very happy with the service I received.
