“I went in for a new pair of work boots and they had a very excellent selection of work boots to choose from. The sales associate that helped me was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He answered every question that I had and went to the back room to get multiple boots for me to try without hesitation or irritation. He even had to go digging her boots that weren't on the shelves for me to try. I highly recommend this place just based on customer service I received.”

“Even though the holiday shopping made for a larger crowd than normal, the staff went above and beyond to get everyone checked out in record time. Sale prices were fantastic. Only down side, some items in sizes I wanted were out of stock, but still a great shopping experience. Staff should get not only a part L pat on the back but bonus, BIG TIME!”

“I really liked this Hot Topic. They had an interesting selection, better than other locations I visited, but what stood out was the staff. They were really into their jobs and this one lady working there was awesome. She was talking with me about interesting horror genre stuff and I really got along with her, also she pointed out some neat vampire shirts to me. She told me about what the store was selling without being overly pushy about it, which I appreciate, unlike some other store's sales associates are at that mall. I don't remember what her name was but I really hope they promote her or something there, what a really cool person.”

“I like shopping at Kohl's because they do have a wide variety of items to choose from. Because the petite department has shrunk significantly, I do shop more on line. I love to shop so finding bargains for other family members is always fun at Kohls and I do like the Kohl's cash. I was just able to purchase a pair of pants for 39 cents! I used to make more purchases there, but some of the brands I liked have disappeared.”

“When I was a kid you paid half price for a pair of ripped up jeans on the clearance rack. American Eagle has figured out how to convince my teenage daughter that we should be paying $60 for those jeans now. Definitely not my preference, and yet here I am following my wife and daughter out of the store with several bags in my hands while they talk about how cute her new jeans are gonna look at school.”

“This area it is tough to find quality clothes. At least Macys carries name brands. The staff are a mix of super helpful, zero help, don't want to be there and I'm just doing the bare minimum. I get it. There are plenty of sales racks and sales and good values to be found. Good selection of scents, shoes, and clothing for men and women.”

“The young ladies were delightful.HOWEVER, IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I have been suit shopping. In all honesty I was surprised at the way the staff was dressed. It was not what I would have expected to find in a store that was selling better quality suits. The young man, pinstripe pants,2+ inches above the ankle, no sock, sneakers, some kind of rugby shirt. I NEVER WOULD have thought he was a men's fashion consultant. The ladies were also very casual in their attire. BUT their demeanor and approach identified them as someone who could help us. I am far from being a dress up person. But I also dress accordingly at work. Just a thought.Tf”

“I can't believe it's been 5 years since I last visited Kohls. I was really totally shocked when I went inside. I have not been to Kohl's in 5 years. The men's clothing selection was fabulous. They carry a large selection of shoes,shirts,pants, sportswear,luggage,women's clothing, perfume and much more, with really good pricing. I bought a Shrek T shirt for a good price.
