I was looking for a specific type of car for my daughter who is very particular about what she is comfortable (less nervous) driving. Freddie took care of us and was very patient while we tried out several vehicles. I never once felt pressured by Freddie and really appreciate his efforts to help us find a great car for my daughter. I am happy to say we found the perfect vehicle for her!

Customer loyalty means nothing to these people. Had they tried harder while my relative, a returning customer with amazing credit, was at the dealership, she would have purchased on the spot. Instead, they decided to put all their energy into follow up calls and emails. Pretty contradictory considering the lackluster attitude while she was there. Unwilling to drop the payment by $40 and also tried to get her into a different vehicle. She left and went directly to Smail where they were able to accommodate her and then some on a vehicle with the same asking price as the Mazda she looked at. Had a brand new car within 2 hours of the interaction. So Kenny Ross lost a loyal customer of over 10 years and Small gained one.

Had an awesome first time buying experience at Kenny Ross Mazda! Chance (sales consultant) was great to work with, took the time to explain everything and helped me find just the right car with what I wanted. He was patient with my schedule and desire to stop in multiple times over the past few weeks. Jeff (sales manager) went the extra mile in communication and helping put together a good deal for my budget. Donnie (finance manager) helped explain all of the aspects of my payment terms and warranties and made the final step of the process very simple. I'd highly recommend stopping by this dealership as they made my buying experience one of the best ever...thank you all!

Easily the most streamlined car buying experience I've ever had. Chance, Kerri, and Zak were all incredibly helpful and integral to getting me into the exact car I wanted. I looked at the website, found something I was interested in, placed an inquiry, and the next day I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours (in terms of buying a car, I'd say that's impressive). I would definitely recommend this place, plus I'm loving the new car. Thanks, everyone!
