We recently went here just because my first vehicle was an outlander and they took good care of me. We dealt with Logan. Honestly Logan 100% got my trust and was the main reason we stuck through my ups and downs of pricing. In the end my wife left with a vehicle she is happy to drive. I will say I didn’t trust Mr. Craniums opinions in the matters but he apparently knows his stuff because he was right. Sorry for the judgment. Logan was patient and personable. Also states that he enjoys what he does. Thanks for your help Logan. You are still welcome to the cookout but I’m cooking the ribs.

We scheduled a test drive for a Mitsubishi sport for 1/31/24 at 5:30. We show up and come to find out they don't have any new ones to test drive........okay??.....it was a scheduled test drive and they called to confirm and ask if I could come in any earlier. They had a used one that was a year old we test drove instead. They wanted to appraise our current vehicle while we did our test drive. We didn't make a deal since we were just test driving and seeing what we wanted. We return to our vehicle 2 hours later to leave and noticed a 25 dollar gift card was missing from our vehicle. Naturally nobody knows anything but it or where it went. I asked to see the pictures they took to confirm the giftcard was in the center console.....guess what they didn't get a picture of......covenant isn't it??

James was really great!! It was a busy afternoon, but he kept me updated on everything going on with my vehicle. The video updates are great, and I don’t know if I’m late, but I’ve never been to another dealership or auto repair shop that does it and I’m a HUGE fan! What an awful this experience has been. Purchased a car in November 2023, it's Now 1/15/24, and still have no Memo Title to go and get the license plates. Temp tag expired and blew away in recent storm, try to call the store for answers and get the run around every single time. Have had documents sent to us 3 times since the purchase because they didn't have us sign the right forms when we were at the dealership for FIVE hours buying the car.NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

Top tier customer service! If you aren’t taking your business here.. make it make sense. This was my first time buying a car or working with a dealership period. I saw a car Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi had listed for sale and from the second I contacted them I knew I was in great hands. Matt Peach was very thorough and eager to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He gave me all the time to go over my options and choices to make sure I made a decision that best fit ME. Which I would say is extremely important during a process like this and sets the foundation for a smooth successful sale where everyone is happy. In the end I definitely am! The dealership itself was super clean and organized and put together. Myself and the other people I brought with me all felt comfortable and confident in their practices. It was nice that other employees even took it upon themselves to acknowledge you and introduce themselves and keep you up to date during times the sales person you may be dealing with had to step away. This was a huge commitment for me to make and would generally make anyone nervous, but with all the good I experienced it quickly didn’t feel that way at all. Thank you Matt and everyone else that was involved! 10/10 have/will continue to recommend!
