Had a great experience with Matt Peach. He was knowledgeable. Even though I had no idea what I wanted. He took the time to ask about features I'd like, what I do etc to match me with the right car. I'm very happy with my purchase and the experience.

I spoke with a sales rep on Friday about scheduling an appt. to see 2016 Nissan Rogue. I told him I would stop in on Tuesday, AM, to see it. When I arrived today, I was told the SUV was sold. No one called me. Very poor business practices. Once before, I tried to buy an SUV from them; after they quoted a price, they increased it ........ "bait and switch". I did not buy it. Very poor customer service!.

Picked up a PHEV Outlander last month from Jake. He was patient, flexible, honest, and gave outstanding customer service. Jim Shorkey dealers are incredibly lucky to have someone like him. The rest of the team was also good and gave me no issues. I'd definitely buy another vehicle from here. I’ll be back in the future!

Do not take your car here to be serviced. In 11 months, I have had to take my car to get the a/c fixed 3 times. It is the same issue and II haven’t been charged but they use generic parts that don’t last. Today my husband took it and waited 4 hours for them to fix it only to go to the car and find it blowing hot air. The manager said “Well it is s 6 year old vehicle.” They wanted my husband to leave without fixing it. He refused and they ended up fixing it finally. Don’t know why they were playing games with us but it cost us 6 days of pay having to run it out there over and over, NOT HAPPY

Tagged along with my brother and his wife to help decide on a vehicle and ended up in one myself. I was hesitant at first due to my car being so close to pay-off, but the model I wanted just so happen to be here and I couldn’t pass up the deal my car dealer associate Bruce Pittman was throwing my way. Bruce was very transparent, professional, and kind during the entire process. Even after I left the lot, I noticed there was a little bit of an alignment issue and Bruce had me back up there correcting it with no hassle less than two weeks in. Also, a shout out to Wade in the service department for getting me in on such short notice and offering that peace of mind. Jim Shorkey customer for life and can’t say that about most places. Thank you Jim Shorkey Team!

The team at Jim Shorkey far exceeded my expectations as a dealership.
We had spoken to Jake a few times over a few weeks prior to going in. When we arrived he already had a car ready for us to look at that hit all the criteria we explained that we were looking for. He had a very happy, and easy going personality that never made it feel like we were being "sold" a car but more like we were in the drivers seat and he was there to make sure that we got what we wanted, which is unlike any other dealership we looked at. He listened to our wants and needs, then made suggestions and asked appropriate check questions to make sure he understood and confirmed that we knew he was only making them based on what we said, rather than what he was trying to sell, which made us feel extremely at ease and comfortable!
Ian was extremely polite and presented us with finance options and made sure that those options were within the parameters of what we were comfortable with.
Jessica was also very personable and presented us with plans and options in a way that also made my wife and I feel comfortable enough to add on the one we felt worked best for us.
The overall car buying experience was like none we ever had before. The team broke down the walls of a typical car buying experience in all the right ways! My wife and I have told everyone about this experience already, and I hope more people are smart enough and lucky enough to at least make a visit to the dealership when considering a new vehicle!

I was dreading having to sit and wait with a child for my car to be serviced but they had a kid friendly lounge with an arcade game, tv,chairs, couches and snacks. My car was supposed to take 2 hours but it didn't feel.like 2 hours at all. Every staff person that walked through the lounge said hello and quite a few asked if we needed anything. James also walked back to check on us.
It was a really great atmosphere and it went by fast. Even washed my car and James walked us out and started my car for me when we were leaving.
