James Nguyen, my Service Advisor at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in N. Huntington off of Route 30 takes excellent care of me and my car.My 2016 Mitzi Outback is 7 years old and the visit today was expensive. Still, everything was handled properly & proficiently.I happened to get one of the top service engineers who worked quickly and efficiently.to service my car.Between James and the Service Engineers I find that the department just gets better and better. I drive 40 minutes to come to this particular dealer because they are good, treat me kindly & respectfully and it’s the most beneficial experience to preserve the life of myautomobile.It’s the best way to take care of my investment. Have always been treated with respect. No matter what service or repair work I always receive an explanation and the cost before any work begins. My last visit on 1/2/2024 was a prime example. Nick was terrific.

We bought a used suv from Jim Shorkey Chrysler/Jeep while my wife was hospitalized waiting for surgery. Jason Lape was extremely helpful and friendly. The purchase was a hasty one, and he was able to make it easy and stress free. Jason even brought the paperwork to her hospital room so that i could be there with her during the process.Since our purchase, Jason had called to follow up on our satisfaction ( and her recovery) and attended to any concerns immediately. I can't recommend Shorkey (and especially Jason) enough.

What I can say is that Jim Shorkey Ram was absolutely courteous and met all of my expectations. Could not have been any better. Augustus Marino and Brian Markovich hands up not down!!!! Where the best guys I’ve ever dealt with in purchasing this vehicle my ram rebel 2500. They should be commended for the professionalism and kindness they displayed i’m giving me the deal that I needed.??????

I went to get an inspection and in the process they found a potential issue with my rotors He could've just said they were needed, and pretty much forced me to pay like some places will do to women, but he said they would just keep an eye on it and let me know if/when it was necessary to change them. It was refreshing to see that I wasn't being taken advantage of. Because of that, I opted to just go ahead and get them done. I was in and out in 2 hours. That was excellent to me, especially since I was a walk-in and there were so many people ahead of me. I had a great experience and I love my Jeep Compass. Thank you.

Car needed transmission work. They actively worked to get me what i needed without breaking my bank. They were easy to communicate with, and when i met them in person they were exceedingly friendly. Professional, polite and efficient. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Wes (Service Manager) took care of me. Got my Grand Cherokee’s A/C repaired and supplied me a loaner while the work was being done. Would recommend talking to Wes if you have any issues.
