I will be bringing my work truck here from now on.Up until today I had always taken it to Valvoline because that's where my service manager told me to take it. Well because of Valvoline's plastic drain plug policy and having to call every time to make sure they had drain plugs in stock I decided to go to Jiffy Lube.The staff was very friendly. They allowed me stand next to the garage door and watch everything they did. And most importantly they saved my truck from having to be towed to the dealership.When the technician that was replacing the oil filter spent about 10 minutes trying to get it off. When it finally broke it free he had unthreaded the stem that the oil filter threads onto and the oil filter was still stuck on. Between the manager, Steve, working on the truck and tools I had in my truck we were able to get the filter off of the stem. We ended up needing to use a breaker bar with a cheater pipe to get the oil filter off of the stem.After this visit I will be bringing my truck here for my oil changes and will warn people about going to Valvoline.

Employees T. Foley and Thomas F. fixed my two broken valve stems in my brand new rear tires. They were broken by Mr. Tires, who would not do it free of charge nor could they get me in until the next few days. These gentleman did it within a half hour and were extremely kind. 10/10 would recommend!

I needed an oil change and my former place closed, so off to Jiffy Lube I went. They were fast and friendly and I was done in no time. Recommended!

Can’t say enough good things about Steve. I will never go anywhere else, these guys are the best. Instead of just telling you what is wrong with the vehicle, they will take you to the car and show you. Other local companies are not as transparent, so I appreciate this the most about this location.

Once my cars get a little older, I take them to a nearby Jiffy Lube. I have been going to the same one for very many years. It's nice when I arrive someone there remembers me. Also, same great service and customer service.

The staff is always excellent at the Irwin location. They are upbeat and positive. They are professional looking and always get the job done with a great attitude and competency. I’ve tried the competition and I will be back to this location. It’s really been a breath of fresh air.
