“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”

The line was long and slow moving inside only because of someone's specific banking needs. All staff was friendly, patient, helpful and apologetic for the wait.”
“I had to visit the branch in person today. Once inside the wonderful Lynnice Jones sought me out from her busy station. She took me to her cubicle and handled my transaction, she did this with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Then she spent the time to help me get a fee refunded. I will be back in the near future to look into refinancing my auto loan and opening a credit card, both of which she informed me about.Message to management: take notice and take care of employees like Lynnice J.”
“My husband and I have had to make several appointments over the past fews months with this branch due to his sister and his mother passing away. They have helps us so much sorting things out. We've delt with Tony and he's been so helpful and understanding.”
