My wife had her 2020 taxes done here and received a letter from the state that she owed over $1200.00 in penalties as the return was done incorrectly. I have spoken to at least 7 different people including managers at the Irwin office and the district manager an untold number of times. We have been lied to over and over and the issue is still not resolved. Calls and texts go unanswered, etc. Avoid this business like the plague! If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Really unfortunate experience with this H&R Block.My taxes were screwed up in 2020, I'm still waiting for them to refund me and for my tax return from another state. My husband called them several times, leaving messages, and it's all in vain.

I got robbed out of 2,486 dollars they said they would send me out a check for service fees and that was in March they told me that and its may now I should sue them

For many years I did my taxes using Turbo Tax online and last year the information I was getting from Turbo Tax I could not believe the totals I was coming up with so I called your company and I must say I am glad I did that! My first experience with H&R Block was a very enlightening one when I met Ms. Cassie Rinker! I was totally happy with her professionalism, her Wit and true caring for the person she is helping with the any issue. That is why I returned this year and will be a regular each year. Thank you for having a professional, caring person like Cassie.

The main reason is Nora the girl that does my taxes every year she is absolutely wonderful friendly very intelligent I look forward to going back to seeing her every year
