Rude, unhelpful employees. They don't even look up from whatever they are doing when they rudely address you. I wasn't even sure she was speaking to me. A little politeness goes a long way. They could use some training on customer service.

The amazon return service was down . they copied the info and told me they would send it back when the service was back up. Im still waiting for my refund .
