The staff here is incompetent. I don't know if it is poor training or if they are understaffed, but trying to get a prescription refilled here is always a challenge. The automated system telling you a prescription is ready is never correct. Three times I have gone to pick up a script and it wasn't ready. I finally learned my lesson and transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy!! Second time made a special trip to pick up my medicine that they did not have ready when they were texting about order ready. Close for lunch. Unreal!

In an attempt to transfer prescriptions from Greensburg to North Huntingdon CVS, I was never treated so poorly in any store. The “rude” staff member threw the bottles of meds on the counter and never looked or talked to me. When her computer was slow she just was even more exasperated. I followed the instructions given by the Gbg. CVS and apparently it was not correct. Still don’t understand how a “professional” person could be so rude to any customers. No wonder people use mail order pharmacies.

Not a month goes by without a delay or a mistake. Zero accountability, follow ups or ownership of their mistakes or any attempts to fix the issue. I heard it's the system's fault they can't do anything right.

Showed up close to closing time to get some Sudafed. They took care of the two people in line in front of me and then told me they were closed and shut the door. Heard them continue to complain about their work day after that. I love target but this pharmacy ain't it.

Service is very spotty. Twice my prescription was filled incorrectly. Instead of empathy, an apology and options of how to correct it, I was given denial and deflection.Also seems that even when you get a call that your prescription is ready, once you get there they still ask you to wait 15 to 20 minutes.

Horrible. Pharmacy is closed during posted hours. Prescriptions are never ready even after receiving text that it is.

Horribly understaffed they only ever have two people on shift one pharmacist and one tech, you spend 20 minutes waiting in line only for them to tell you oh its a 20 minute wait for your meds to be filled, might as well just go to the back of the line meanwhile it got called in 10 hours prior, CVS really needs to start staffing their locations better, We would transfer pharmacies but my partner’s health insurance is owned by CVS so everywhere else wants to charge us ridiculous amounts of money for common prescriptions. CVS only cares about the bottom line they don't care about their staff or patients.

Just a frustrating place to deal with. Wait times are extreme. The automated system only works sometimes. Needs better management, I don't know any other Pharmacy that closes for lunch. Ever heard of Staggering your lunch times so you can stay open like your competitors? Receptionist was at least nice.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Completely unorganized, does not answer the phone, does not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Continuously tell people they don’t have scripts that have been called in and verified by doctors multiple times which in this case are for my dad who just had major brain surgery. Will be filing a formal complaint with the pharmacy board tomorrow. Dealt with this for two months now along with watching multiple people experience and complain about the same things in the store with no improvement. They’ll tell you it’s a staff shortage but magically every time I’ve been in there are at least 3 employees working.
