Horrible service and wait times. The One and only teller they had working had absolutely no idea what she was doing.. 3 other workers hanging out doing nothing.
It took 45mins to get money out of my account…. Avoid citizens bank at this location.

The drive up ATM never seems to accept checks for deposit and then you have to go inside. Once inside, the service is very, very slow.

Great location, hours a bit whack. I have to thank Missy for being a pleasant/proactive person and helping with my banking needs. She pointed out several financial options and even called when other options arose. Best place for my money, hands down. Thanks Missy!

Terribly slow service at this location. The Giant Eagle branch was great. They acknowledged and served customers at every available POS or atm but here it’s always queue with long wait times because there is only one cashier open Most of the times.

They can print debit cards on-site, so you don't need to wait a week for one to arrive in the mail if you need a replacement.

Another vehicular banking episode! After striking out literally across the street I came here. What a messed up location it is. The ATM situation is horrible. Unlike other banks this is brand new and the drive thru situation is not like traditional branches.The drive thru ATM is is built into the building with no other drive thru lanes. Not only is it in the building but very close to the corner of the building which is awkward if you are doing vehicular banking. If you enter the lane from behind the bank you will have to reposition your vehicle in order to even get close to the ATM. However, no matter how much you reposition you will never be close enough. And it does not help if you enter from the road closest to the ATM.In fact, I had to get out of my vehicle to use the ATM. After all the vehicle leapfrogging and having to get out of my vehicle I still was not able to complete my vehicular banking. After all that.

Bank hours posted on Google says “Opens @9” walked in a little after 9 was told “we open at 10” should be updated when hours change.

Great ATM but I went in, 2 desks, 3 workers. One taking care of customer, other two having just a fun chat session with someone about anything except banking while I just sit there waiting. No acknowledgement I was there or that they'd be with me. Waited 5 minutes then left. I'm in a hurry and didn't appreciate it. Very disappointing!
