Horrible service and wait times. The One and only teller they had working had absolutely no idea what she was doing.. 3 other workers hanging out doing nothing.
It took 45mins to get money out of my account…. Avoid citizens bank at this location.

2 hours to open an account, they was having fun there . They won't make me a extra card for the account. I have two another banks and both give me two cards

The drive up ATM never seems to accept checks for deposit and then you have to go inside. Once inside, the service is very, very slow.
