Cochran was the only dealer that would talk real numbers with me over the phone. Transparency and honesty was excellent. Sales and finance team were top notch. Enjoyed my experience.

The Service Advisor (Doug Armbrust) was both efficient and professional, as always. The Tech (Kevin Doyle) was thorough, and clear in his video communication.

I have never seen a business be more greedy than Cochran Toyota. They seem to be completely unwilling to help their customers out with even basic information. I have 7k miles on my trucks OEM tires and I was told I need new ones. When I asked about warranty on them I was told by their service advisor that Toyota doesn’t manufacture tires. I also want to be clear that I never asked for free tires maybe a prorated price. So I called Falken myself and they were willing to do a good faith warranty replacement. I called the service manager to tell him that Falken would warranty the tires but he just wanted to tell me that they wouldn’t and only wanted to interrupt me with answers that were wrong. Also their prices are out of this world. 75 bucks for an emissions test is crazy. I will be going to export tire to get my tires they are more customer friendly and their prices are reasonable. Cochran wants to charge me about way more for the same tires from Export tire. I will never return to this Toyota and I think #1 Cochran and Toyota of America should look into how this dealership is treating their customers. I also wish I could give 0 stars because they don’t even deserve the 1 star.

Great service and extremely thorough. Courtesy van provided by JP (nice gentleman) and made the process really smooth and easy. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks again...see ya next year!

I had a great experience with Cochran!! I had a flat tire that had to be replaced and they sent Doug to get a tire for me. It was the weekend of the Backyard Brawl and Pirate game!! He braved the traffic and got the tire!! Thank you for your great service!!!!

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with yet. They’ve jerked me around through the whole process and I’ll never do business with Cochran service again. They’re just trying to pad their bottom line with unnecessary maintenance tasks.

I bought my car at Massie and continue to bring my car for the free inspection, but I think charging me $120 in labor costs to change 4 lightbulbs that took 20-30 minutes is too expensive. I wish I had known before I took my car because I would have changed them myself.

Did not put the center column back correctly. Also tried to charge 350 dollars to just recharge my AC. Also traction control no longer works so much for a free service from a recall
