Originally, I gave this 5+ stars, for service, professionalism, friendliness. However, there has been a change & not a good one. I only deal with the mail order part of this Co. My company will not let me use Pill Pack any more Now, mistakes are made & staff is unpleasant, curt & dismissive. No return phone calls, sending mental health medications that are no longer needed and could be dangerous. They are horrible at communicating and returning calls. They also seem to be overwhelmed with business so they really do not care about customer service. I cancelled all my prescriptions 12 hours after leaving two messages again with no response as their message says they will call you back. I would steer clear. They are nowhere near Amazon Pill Pack, nor will they be with the customer service and communication. This is only for the mail order part of the pharmacy.

I have never been here yet I am getting letters in the mail saying I owe them money I don’t even live close to this place sounds like they are running a payment scam I’d be careful if u live around this business and actually purchase items from them if that’s the case.

We have used Accuserve for years. We travelled over an hour to use this very friendly and helpful locally owned pharmacy. Now they have abruptly closed and transferred our prescriptions to a corporate pharmacy like Walgreens! This really sucks!

I am not one to do reviews but I went in to get my mother-in-law some Pepto in the pharmacist female was at the counter the male pharmacist came over and told her to move from the register yelled at her said she didn't know what she was doing I said excuse me I am in a hurry I left 20.00 to pay for the 2 Pepto. I went back two weeks later to get my change there was an envelope that was short of over $10 I stopped in caught the female pharmacist outside parking lot confronting her about it and the b**** started yelling at me that I was wrong I wouldn't buy nothing from this pharmacy I think they are out ripping people out of their cash money.Bad people.Really bad experience.

Contacted AccuServ to find out about the program. Michelle the sales person called me and seemed a bit rude on the phone. I sent all of my information, she ran some numbers for me. She then said "as you can tell I'm very sick." That was it. Haven't heard a word since. Several emails. Nothing. I ended up going with PillPack as AccuServ has Terrible service. PillPack got me up and going the SAME DAY.

My medication seems to have an issue every month. I switched from from another mail order pharmacy and this has only been worse. The on line and phone help are very friendly and try their best to correct the situation
