Good indoor place for kids - toddlers and young kids.Gets crowed sometimes, esp the Munhall locationCareful about membership. They do not disclose you are locked in for 12 months. No way to cancel online.Also, if you cancel after 12 months, by calling them, they say your membership is valid till end of month till you have been charged (on 1st of the month) already, but the franchise location does not allow you to enter.Poor way to treat your long term customer. No business sense or ethics

Donovan and Kenny and Dennis and naz and ??? are the best employees that I have ever met! They helped me find everything and gave me a good time! Will def be coming back here to meet my buds. The facility is as very clean. Donavan really smelled good and he put me on. Dennis just looks like angry reaction and angry laugh out of that. Naz is just naz. Best place to go and have a party the night employees are 10/10 and there are badies !!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing party! They really take care of you as a party guest and have a lot of extras and goodies for the kids. Our party host Olivia was absolutely incredible! She was so attentive to the kids and offered to take them to different sections of Urban Air. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I’m so grateful that we had her as our party host SHE ROCKED!

Great places for all ages. We had a 3yr old and a 10yr old and they both had their own things to do. Even mama and daddy had fun. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

this is a little different review, my neice was at the urban air trampoline park, she just started to jump around and enjoy the facility, but she jumped came down and suffered an ankle injury, i had to pick her up and take her to the hospitalthe staff at urban air was very professional and handled the situation very well, from the entire family we just wanted to say THANK YOU

I enjoyed the place 100%. I will come back again even though I'm an hour and 25 minutes away in Connellsville Pennsylvania, I love it. Thank you very much. And I would like to thank very much Clayton as the manager. He is taking care of me excellently as a veteran and as a single pair of 3 children.

Super fun place! My kids and I go here on Fridays to give them some time to blow off some steam from the week. There is lots to do for them. I jump with them too so we all have a blast. I think the staff is pretty nice and attentive, considering they have to listen to screaming children left right and center. And it’s not that it’s dirty in here, it’s the adults who cannot clean up after themselves, people leave their garbage everywhere. It’s quite clean and I think the staff do a great job.

I usually have no problem with this place & it’s been a fun facility to take my son to. Lately it’s been a little more frustrating, every Friday at 10am during the school year the North Fayette location is supposed to be open for a Jumperoo where kids 5 & under can come & use all the equipment. Twice now we have driven out there 30+ minutes for this specific event only to find out as soon as we get there they are closed for a private event. For people who live close this probably isn’t a big deal but for people who live farther away it is. Nothing posted on their website or their Facebook page either saying they won’t be open. I even called & asked & apparently they only write notes on the door, no other way to know. For a business, this is a little ridiculous! Atleast make a post or something so people know not to make the trip!
